The pharmacy is great. Just don't park in the front, the security comes out and tells you you can't park there.

Jan 17 4:56, they told me the medicine will take 15 min, after 40 min when i asked what happened instead tell me sorry they tried to convince me i am wrong and it been only less than 15 min, flat lie, i show them i have sent my wife msg at 4:56 just after there serve me say it will take 15 min. Knowing they served all other customers “non muslim customers “ and delayed me from everyone else even if i was before them all, feel very discriminated treatment and rude too
The lady with eye glasses is the rude lady
It been 50 min and still dont have my son medicine

I had a coupon from goodrx for a pain medication and Ashley and her buddy Cody chuckled and said they don't accept discounts for these medications. Seriously now people are being discriminated and looked down upon by the medication they need to function to do daily activities. This is appalling. Not so much that it wasn't accepted but the demeanor of these people. My advice is go somewhere else where professionals will treat you with dignity.

Transitioned from Walgreen’s to strictly Greenwood Pharmacy because of how solid they are. They have extremely convenient hours to be able to stop by after work. Also, if you don’t have insurance, let them know you want to use GoodRX and they’ll auto-pull the prices for you without you having to show the coupon! Absolutely amazing service.

After years of long waits and the confusion that comes from a big box, understaffed pharmacy, I couldn't do it anymore. I transferred my prescriptions to Greenwood and only wish I had done so sooner. They are well staffed, professional, and very kind.

I come from Ogden to the U of U Health Greenwood pharmacy depending on a particular medication I need filled- this location is so awesome- they make dealing with them so easy. They are also very personable and have a neighborhood pharmacy type culture. I want to thank everyone from the technicians to the pharmacists - you made my life so much easier today! You have no idea how much this means. ???♾️

I visited the dental clinic. It was a lovely place with great people. This clinic is really nice and I recommend it over other places that are far busier and harder to get to like the main hospital.

There google hours were incorrect and I got there according to those hours and was turned around by the guard! My mother is a cancer patient and now she may not be able to sleep tonight without her meds! I should be able to rely on your hours on google especially as this facility has life saving medication!I schedule my day around listed hours and this is disappointing for schedule based people as it’s pretty easy to update!!! Please update this!

Apparently, the pharmacy manager and head honcho named Davis, is a very powerful man who can get you blacklisted from the entire network of U of U pharmacies if you offend him, even if it's accidental and you immediately apologize, simply because he "demands respect" , as he told my family member.

My experience with my provider, Kira Whaley, was sound. She was informative, respectful, and helpful during our appointment, and then actually called me to follow up on a concern I had expressed. However, something strange is occurring at Greenwood Clinic. I checked into Internal Medicine, because that is where they told me to go. After waiting about forty minutes, someone from Family Practice came over to tell me I should have waited there. Then, after my meeting with Kira, after the MA cleaned the impacted gunk out of my ears, the MA told me to stay put, as Kira would be right in to talk with me. Forty further minutes elapse. You can imagine the weirdness of waiting alone in a medical office for forty minutes with no understanding of what might be happening. I peek outside the door down the hall and see no one, so I...leave? I stop at the desk to schedule a followup. No mention of the forty minute, unrequited wait. No mention of my escape. Just a blank stare. One wonders -- is there a very mild gas leak in the building? Are the staff overworked (probably). What is happening? So, get this: As I mentioned, Kira called to let me know she had new information on a concern I had expressed during our appointment. That's above and beyond for a clinician, no? Pretty cool, eh? But when I called her back, they told me there was no record of her call. I'm all "ok, but please let her know I returned her call and would love to talk about it," and they are like, "but there's no record of her calling you." I'm all "she did, but that doesn't matter -- just have her call me about the thing she wanted to talk about." Again, they insisted she hadn't called. Listen dudes, I have the recording of her call. Are you seriously gaslighting me? Seriously? When I suggested that their gaslighting was bizarre, they called me "rude." Can I trust these people with my most intimate of concerns? Is this thing on?
