So been going to Harmons gosh over 40 years every week but after today's experience looking for a new place I went in as I have done for years to order a cake and the gal seemed very annoyed and bothered stating they have no tops which then I stated I was not preyed and just asked for a cake they could make which was my sons favorite. She started to show me cakes that were sitting there and I asked again if they could make a fresh cake She the in a upset tone asked me for the date needed to which I told her she went to a closet to look? and came back and said no she can't I asked her really thinking she was kidding but she again said no offering no explanation to which I replied WOW and left the store. I did end up ordering the cake from smiths Harmons I will never use your store again I

I don't know why I continue to shop here. If it wasn't for the baguette, I'd never come back. I bought raspberries, not even two days later the entire package was full of mold. I just bought chicken salad and totally regret it. It was full of fat and soooooooo much mayonnaise it literally had no taste! I just can't anymore with you people.

I want to Thank Ryan the Pharmacist for his kindness and taking the time to research and solve the problem on Thursday May 11,2023. My sister Ana was able to save over $200 on her Savaysa with the Savaysa Discount Card that Ryan took the time to call and see why it was not working in the first place. THANK YOU VERY MUCH RYAN ! The biggest grocery store I've ever been at in my entire life and it was like five times a football field in size and all the employees were so helpful and kind and sweet and if you ask for something they took you right to the item I ran around with my shopping cart. I felt like a kid again.

There are many options here for food but it is very frustrating that even with bulk buying options the bakery refuses to let you use your own bag for bread without involving plastic. It would be great if management could change this policy. Bread can be handed over to a customer with a sticker to scan at the register. Whole Foods does this in plenty of states. I am really frustrated by this.

It was in the cashiering department as a bagger the coworkers I was working with were great at the store. However the administation at this harmons where terrible they dont inform you on which area going you to be staying. They tell you when you get to the store. As for the distribution center by far one of the worst places ive ever worked in. Theres multiple people telling you different things theres no set people its like seven or eight people. And whenever shes leaves she doesnt come back at all. And have another person yelling at you. Pardon my language but its a complete clusterfuck.

This Harmons is not very close to our house, & yet, we pass 3 other grocery store options to specifically come here. The reason: the people!!! This Harmons has the most amazing humans working there, one example of this is a woman named Nadine. She is always vibrant, friendly, smiling, gracious, and helpful. We buy our gas & groceries from this location because in a world where the pandemic has unfortunately turned customer service sour & nearly non existent, these people here actually seem to really enjoy their jobs; it makes me feel like it must come from the the leadership at Harmons. As we all know, workplace culture is ever evolving, and is an ongoing challenge to maintain. Whatever the leadership team at Harmons is doing, they are doing it WELL!!! Bravo Harmons!! And please give Nadine some flowers, or a raise, or something, there is no one more deserving of accolades!!! Sincerely: - customers for life

If you go make sure you do self service. Two times in a row they have not given me all the groceries I paid for. It's like they intentionally short you one bag each time when though they ring it up. First time it was all meats, today it was all fruits and vegetables. Otherwise it's a decent place to shop but you need to track your own purchases and not trust the baggers.

I appreciate the Pharmacy but why, when picking up at the drive-through, must we put our card in and sign that gross keypad? You can’t sign it without picking it up and touching the thing. Harmons forgot, we are in the middle of a pandemic, and most people who go to the pharmacy are there because they have some kind of illness. No one wiped the thing down in between visits…It’s just gross! I actually moved all of my prescriptions over to Walgreens because of this one thing. I had to pick up there today for my daughter and was reminded why I don’t go to Harmons pharmacy.

This harmon has a rude management Nicole and do not go to the meat department or seafood department with your daughters or your wives because there is an old perverted man named Jeff that will harass them and will scare them. because of his perverted actions, my daughter and my wife will never come back to this place thanks harmons.
