I brought my daughter here to do her nails. I asked the tech if I could sit in one of the many empty massage chairs while she gets her nails done. One tech said yes. I proceeded to sit and another chimed in and said “no it’s for pedicure customers if the come in and say no I want sit” mind you there was one other customer and 9 NINE other chairs open. I said what do you want me to pay to sit here I will. She said no. No can’t. Smh horrible customer service. If it wasn’t for the older tech who was kind and did a great job I would’ve walked out. Never again will we return.

Walked in and got the immediate smell of throw up. What I requested and what I got, paid $90. They’re is paint still on my skin. Nail popped off 2 hrs after going home, but she did fix it. I asked if we could use the light on my toes so they could dry and I was told to go outside and use the hot weather. overall a very strange experience at this nail salon. I personally will not come back.

She was very sweet and accommodating. She also did a great job but the prices were a little outrageous. There was a big language barrier and I think she takes full advantage of that. Would not recommend.

Got us right in. Deluxe Pedicure - $50. Very relaxing, lived the chairs.

“Chi” the owner has the best customer service I’ve ever received and she does high quality work when it comes to nails. She pays very precise attention to details. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her ahead of time. You will not be disappointed.

I went into JN Nails on 9/24/24 to have my nails done for my wedding. Neimer did a fantastic job on my nails and Roxy also so gave me a fantastic pedicure. Chi even gave me a back rub. These beautiful ladies were so much fun, laugh while getting pampered!!! I give them an A+🥹

Worst pedicure ever!!!! This place is disgusting due to this salon I have a fungis on my foot that still has not gone away!!!!!! The day after my pedicure I started getting a nasty fungus that has only gotten worse over time I have had to get a dermatologist to get the proper treatment and recommend me to never go back to this place were it all started!!! I would highly suggest no one go here!this salon was the worst decision ever! Take your money else we’re!

Today! 06/27/2024 I called in & got an appointment for Gel fill & Pedicure both procedures were the best I have ever had! If u want to be pampered & have a great job done. You definitely will be amazed! 7200 south in the Shane Co Plaza! Please visit let em know Lucy bragged on the professional service! I will never go anywhere else there open 7 days a week!

I feel much better... they helped me with an ingrown toenail... and it was unbearable... but I recommend Mrs. Chi... she is a professional... ??? I will definitely continue here... she is already my Third visit and very satisfied with the work...
