Very unprofessional. They scheduled me for 5pm then I walk in and they take another person ahead of me. The Latino man working there was so lazy and said this is alot of work. Like whaaat? What am I paying you for ? No work ? What a joke. This location What greasy and seedy and low class. I wouldn't ever go back here. Even my girlfriend was like that guy was so rude and creepy.

They are great at changing promised discounts when it comes down to the wire. Or will offer one discount, then switch to another to have you think it's better, when in reality it's $100 more. We filed weeks ago, waiting for them to get back to us, and by the time they did, they said that the time frame had passed and wouldn't honor the original discount. When it was their lack of a return call, email or text that caused the issue.

Very good at what they do and they make you feel very comfortable for the processI recommend them. The tax rep that assisted me went above and beyond and out of his way to find me a promo touse cut the price of doing the taxes; talk about awesome!

I usually do my taxes myself, but this year I decided it was taking too much out of my time. I know that requires me all day to do them, so I decided to get it done by professionals. And boy am I glad I did! They helped me a ton and did it so effortlessly and explain the process which I like a lot about their process.If you're looking for an easy, no-hassle tax preparation experience, then Jackson Hewitt is definitely the way to go. Plus, they have some great deals this year - especially if you file early! :)I highly recommend giving them a try.

Always do my tax filing with a tax agent named Gwendolyn Poe! Shes fast, knowledgeable, sociable and makes the experience great! If you file with her, the future tax filing days will be an in and out experience, so as long as you have ALL your documents to file, she will take you through the tax filing speedforce! (Flash Reference lol)
