Been going there because it was convenient. The guy that is usually there is courteous and professional.
The lady today (rainbow hair) was extremely unprofessional. She was on her phone while ringing me up. Pointed out a sale(after I rang up) and was told I was out of luck because I didn’t have the Jackson’s Rewards. I wasn’t given the option of getting it fixed. She argued with me that it was in the small print (which it was but you can barely read it without putting your nose up to the sign ) and I informed her it was very misleading. She doesn’t care. Will just keep going to 711 who is upfront with their pricing and cheaper anyways with their regular price. And they don’t require a rewards account for most sales. And they don’t argue with me when I am polite pointing something out to them.

Cherity might be a blunt no-nonsense kind of person, but she is one hell of a manager. Despite the area, this is still a great store to stop into with amazing customer service!

I am coming into this location almost daily. The staff has always been absolutely amazing and super polite. It's sad to see so many bad reviews. No matter the day or time of the week I come in they always smile and greet everyone with a smile.These terrible reviews about not wearing masks seems to be unhappy people who have a seriously dillusional view on life, because I have never seen them WITHOUT a mask! Some people need to grow up

I come to this store every single night between 1130 and midnight after I get home from work. At least once a week sometimes more the doors are locked at 1135. This happened again tonight 4-17-2021. There was at least 10.standing outside knocking on window but no employee was in site nor would they answer the phone. Poor customer service tonight.

So many times I have come into this place and they aren't enforcing their mask policy. And if there are two people behind the counter, the person I guess is the manager, does not help anyone, even if there is a line. She also does not wear her mask properly if at all.

Not even the employees wear masks here. One employee was checking me out and I stepped back because she had no mask on. She then said, “You know I don’t have covid right?” Terrible customer service.
