I recently visited Jamba Juice, arriving just about 15 minutes before closing time. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff, even though they were in the process of closing the store. The employee who assisted me was incredibly patient in taking my order and went the extra mile by suggesting some delicious toppings for my acai bowl.I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the service at this location. The staff’s commitment to providing quality service, even close to closing time, demonstrates a remarkable dedication to customer satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Jamba Juice for anyone seeking quality service and fresh products.

Yuck! Decided to get me and my daughter a Jamba. As I was drinking my peanut butter mood smoothie I found something hard in my drink, I was driving so I just kinda spit it out and wrote it off. A couple sips later felt another weird texture, something gross. I took a picture and let’s just say I’m not finishing my drink after seeing it.

Came in and tried to buy a small smoothie. They said you could only buy a medium or large because they ran out of small lids…. I asked if I could just get a small amount in a medium size cup and still pay for the small they said no…. Why is the customer forced to pay for a larger size when it’s not their fault? This should not be passed on to the customer. Especially when smoothies are already expensive. We’re headed to Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

There was a girl working this location at around 5:30pm today (Sept 3rd). She gave a lot of attitude when asked if our (previously paid for) add ons were added into our pick up order. Then, with a lot of attitude she turned to the guy working there and said, "Well, just toss this one out then..." And threw the order in the trash telling the guy to make a new one. The guy working there had to literally whisper an apology for her behavior. That's how bad it was. PLEASE fire this girl. She clearly hates working for you guys.

Store refused to answer phones at 7:30 pm. Why are they not answering? Driver took picture of item at door but when door was opened immediately after notice driver was leaving and item was not at door.

Turned away because they Closed half an hour early with multiple workers still inside. Why have the business listed as open until 9 if it’s not going to be fulfilled??? August 15 @ 8:30 pm

The customer service at this location is awful. We walked in not to be greeted. The workers (Justin) and didn’t catch the girls name seemed to be too caught up in their own conversation. When we walked up to the register they just stared at us until we started to order. When we ordered our drinks they argued about who was gonna make our drinks because “they hate making these kinds of drinks.” No napkins stocked up and drinks were sticky on the side. Seems like this locations needs some retraining in customer service. I would put zero stars if I could.

I am still sitting here along with 8 others waiting for our smoothie. 2 guys working are slow and who knows how long this is going to be. The 2 guys working NEED some direction!!! One lady asked for money back and left. Rediculous!!!

Used to LOVE this place. I take care of seniors and a lot of them need to have some protein and the best way is a smoothie. I USED to suggest this to a lot of my clients. Ever since their remodel and change in staff I can't get them to answer the freaking phone for a simple question. I don't mind being placed on hold. But when I go in no one seems to know the answer and they look at me like I speak some foreign language. Are you guys going to bring back the Pea Protien? My client used to come 3 times a week and then because of a shortage in shipping they couldn't order the Pea Protien. Due to Covid, we were promised that the Pea Protien would return, but it never has and even though I have asked, no one will give me a straight answer. So as much as I love this Jamba I do not like being hung up on when I try to call, and when I ask a question I expect so sort of an answer, even if it is that they are not sure and will get back to me. Please help

Came in late night for an orange berry blitz. The inside of the store smelled putrid, not like cleaning chemicals putrid but like bad odor bad. Staff were friendly but it was close to closing time. I ordered an orange berry blitz smoothie which is usually a dark purple color but this time it was much lighter and it didn’t take them as long as it usually does to make and tastes much different from usual, so, not sure I got the right smoothie but it didn’t taste good. Probably wont come back to this location.
