Jiffy Lube in Midvale, Utah is amazing! They made Christmas seem to come early this year. I got a new used car. And l just lost my job. They, meaning the manager Brooke, went through my car thoroughly. She explained each item understandably. They even tried to glue a certain sensor instead of replace it since they knew my job loss. They found everything needing immediate attention and advised on what could wait. It really was a relief to know what l was dealing with on this new car. They were at all times caring, thoughtful and open. I'm a single woman and been here for regular maintenance. While always professional they really stepped up in a way that was above and beyond. They could have just sent me out the door taking care of the minimum. When l am reemployed l will come back and finish the list. I don't even look at other competitors, even if competitor is offering a cheap special. The prices here are reasonable and the team is kind enough to mention possible specials l might need. My complete confidence and feeling of safety with this Jiffy Lube isn't worth a few dollars off on a one time coupon from a competitor. Let me repeat their prices are good and their service is excellent. Thank you Brooke

This jiffy lube has workers with anger issues. I came in one day with an emergency my tire was leaking air as I was driving on the freeway. When I arrived no one would help me I started walking seeing if there was anyone available to help me. There was a small Asian lady who noticed after 8 min I was walking trying to see if anyone would help me. Instead of asking if I needed help she commented to her coworker “Go see what that guy who keeps pacing back and forth wants”! So she notices I’m looking for help but refuses to help? What great service!! There were three people putting wiper blades on one car but not a single one would help me! Makes no sense.

Absolutely awesome techs here soon as I walked in they were asking what i needed done and were more that happy to explain the process they were going to do for my cars fluid drain and refill.They handled my car with more care than myself made sure to call me along the way to update me on everything they found before going ahead with the service. 10/10 recommend them for all your service needs.
