My partner went to this branch and felt the teller was very unprofessional. Apparently she felt that his request was asking for too much. He was asking to get cards and direct deposit information as we NEVER received them after opening an account online.Also my legal name was changed at some point to “Marcele” instead of “Marcela.” I typed out my name in the application and even uploaded a picture of my driver’s license. How do they get that wrong? Very upsetting to say the least!

It has been a nightmare to deal with this Financial Institution. I would deter anyone from even giving them a try. Sometimes we all come across a dead-ends and this is an institution that will not help you surpass them. If you are seeking financial advise or to consult with a banker this is not the right place. I referred a family member to them which was clearly an embarrassing mistake. After this experience I will be looking forward to no longer banking with them. I helped them do an online application and waited a week to go by. No follow up was ever done on their end. I had to call in 3 different times and never connected to the loan officer assigned as they were never in the office. We tried to schedule the call back with no success at the time given. I finally snapped on the 5th call after the teller not only spoke over me but was trying to answer questions pertaining to a loan officer. You could clearly tell there was a knowledge gap with the answers given. Sadly this is a branch that needs assistance bringing the right team together as they are playing with peoples financial future and information. I was offended when the teller accused me of not being a client after being with them for so long, and trying to bring them a new client. I should literally be getting paid for the amount of work I helped them do. I really feel this is an unthankful and ignorant place to attend. And seriously a joke if they are trying to compete with other banks.

This is by far my favorite branch at Jordan Credit Union, the tellers and manager are so kind and willing to go above and beyond to make my life easier. Almost everyone here knows me by name and I always get a warm welcome when I come in. You just don't get that level of service at any other bank. As an added bonus, there is a taco stand right next door that rivals the taco stands downtown. Definitely recommend

I love this branch! One teller in particular always goes the extra mile with me and my aunts. Marilyn is always so kind and personable! Takes that extra step to ensure my aunts have someone to trust. Carlos the head manager seems nice too! I love that Jordan Credit Union has someone like Marilyn! If she leaves.. I leave.

The bank is awesome but Tellers are rude, unprofessional, they need training on costumer service and teach them how to treat the client and the correct way to attend. Definitely all the people who work there are disrespectful and think they are the last coke in the desert just because they work in a bank.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. If you're trying to get scammed every nickel and penny you have come to this bank. The tellers are incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. They only Give you half the information to you need to make an informed decision need in regards to your account, you basically have to exhort them for information. They constantly add fees they did not tell you about and if you paid said fees they will add them on again. ASK FOR RECEIPTS. They won't post anything on their system or on their notes. So if you've paid, they'll expect you to pay again. The branch manager hides behind the door and the teller plays middle man, the branch manager doesn't even attempt to come out and resolve any issues. I've seen more professionalism and better customer service from FREAKING WELLS FARGO. If you have the misfortune of using them as a bank, make sure you press them on all the information they're giving you. I can almost guarantee that they are not being honest. I am going to file a complaint to the federal business bureau because a bank that functions in this manner should get reprimanded.
