Following the previous review the second time I took in my vehicle to be cleaned again where they had missed it was not done for the second time these are pictures taken today when I pulled up my carpet. This is loose insecticide that clearly wasn’t steamed or vacuumed up. It is upsetting that there are scratches on my car that were not there before showing the lack of attention to detail. It is also very frustrating that words were put in my mouth. When Krams called me they said they checked under my car and there were no bug nests and recommended that if there is a tree nearby to avoid it and not park under it. The employee said if it were his car he would make sure to park somewhere else. It was never said that there were bugs noticed on the tree. I did not expect to have to pay a second time on a job that was not throughly completed the first time. Overall, I would not recommend this company to detail your car the price paid was not worth the service.

My girlfriend recently got her car detailed at Kramz detailing at it has been an awful experience. The initial cost was $500, which is already a ridiculously high cost for a detailing service. After the detailing we noticed that there were clear signs that the car had not been cleaned thoroughly, as the floor mats were visibly not even vacuumed, and there were still pieces of trash all around the car, as well as bugs, dust, and other debris. After this first visit, we complained to the owner, who said that this is not ok and offered us to bring the car back to do the job right the second time. We assumed it would be complimentary because the initial services that were paid for weren't even provided and for $500 you’d think that would be more than enough to provide the services they said we would be getting.
Upon the second visit, they charged us an additional $200. After this cleaning, we again noticed a lack of attention to detail, damage to the vehicle, multiple scratches, and yet again more trash and clear signs that the car was not derailed correctly. Kramz has completely scammed us out of $700, and provided a mediocre cleaning service, while also damaging our vehicle in the mean time costing us even more money to fix. Horrible experience and I would stay clear of this business.

I had my truck ceramic coated due to eqsily scratched at car wash. They communicate great almost over communicate which I love as people never let you know what’s happening now days so it is nice to have that. They did a good job. Even have you come back a month later for a checkup to go over it again and make sure everything is good. Very nice.

Full body detail. Exterior of car was not fully washed. Seats were not clean of stains. Interior cabin roof was not touched. Spots missed in base boards.
Besides those things, everything else was taken care of properly. Customer experience was good. Last time I paid to get my car detailed somewhere else for $100 less and was substantially better.

I’m always satisfied with the work that has been done on my vehicles , when it’s PPF or tint or detailing these guys really do pay attention to detail and treat you like family , 100% recommend and will continue to do business with them for years to come
