This place has great customer service. I highly recommend this location. I went in because Burt Brothers over-torqued my lug nut, causing it to seize on my wheel stud, so they had to drill it out. Dakota was great to work with. He respected my truck with care. I will now forever take my vehicle needs to this store. They have earned my business. I am done with the other tire shop. Burt Brothers screwed me over twice. Thanks, Dakota and team, and front staff. I appreciate you guys.

Top notch customer service. It's difficult to express how helpful they actually were. I showed up as they were closing, a screw in my tire. There was some slight hesitation because it's Saturday and these are normal people who want to go home and enjoy their real lives, yet the lady at the counter heard my concern and asked if they could fit me it to at least put my spare on.
I know this review is for the public, but I genuinely want to thank you guys for being willing to help me out. They put my spare tire on so I didn't have to in the rain. Thank you

Had an alignment in my truck done here, it was quick, cheapest out of the 3 places I called, solved the problem, and the girl working the front was super nice. Thanks for making it easy as always.

Went in for a break job and some how ended up replacing 4 of my 5 bolts on my rear driver side because the were stripped. The funny part is I had four brand new tires replaced three weeks ago and they never mentioned anything about it

I came in with a flat tire, not expecting much beyond a repair fee, but to my surprise, they patched it up at no charge! In a time when most businesses seem to prioritize profits, it's rare to see such honesty and generosity. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the service was top-notch. I truly appreciated their kindness and transparency—definitely earned a loyal customer here. Highly recommend!

I love this store! All the Les Schwab stores have been so good to me! I used to go to other tire stores and they would keep my car up on the ramp forever and then give me a list of things wrong, this place NEVER does this. They fix what’s wrong and are very courteous and helpful.

I stopped by because my TPM light had come on, they checked all the tires and it was the battery in the tire, and let me know that two more are low. I had to get moving but Brito was super kind and helpful

Had a punctured tire and the attendant at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I was able to drop off my vehicle with my spouse, run errands, and they fixed the puncture free of charge. Wonderful experience.

This place by far is the BEST place ever to take care of your car; great and professional people with top of the line customer service. I came in today to have them look at my tire since it was low without an appointment. They were so busy yet they were able to accommodate my need and fix the tire! I am so impressed with their service and the customer service.
