Specifically am going to fill up here because of Alex! I was exhausted after a long shift and came in with my three year old, after which I threw away my gas authorization code with the wrapper from his sucker. She came out and looked through the garbage for me 🥹 Such a kind human with the friendliest energy. Thanks again, Alex!

Every time we go in to pick up a breakfast sandwich or burrito (7:30-8am) There is absolutely nothing in the hot case at this location. The cook was standing at the counter up front talking about football with the other cashier. What are they getting paid for? We will stop coming in and spend our money elsewhere.

They are scammers i paid 20$ in cash to get gas but the pump only pumps .22Cent and they said they are unable to get me my cash because they don't care that i got the gas or not because they already took my money. That does not make any sence

The lady named Alma is super friendly and chill. I like coming in when she's working, because even when I'm at the self-checkout, she says hi.

The cashier Alex was super super nice and friendly. First walked in, she asked if I needed help. Went to check out and asked if there’s anything else I can get help with. Lovely person. Very bright:)! Bathrooms were a little messy but it was very welcoming

I came to Maverick for fuel because the sign advertised $3.18/gal for diesel and at the pump it was $3.51/gal. I live Maverik but this is wrong.

Every day that I come in the drink syrups are out nothing is stocked sticky nasty mess the cashiers are chatting up with the kitchen staff instead of taking care of things for the customers very frustrating

Friday afternoon, on free frazil Friday…both of their frazil machines were empty, 2 of the 8 slurpee machines weren’t even running, and most of the soda flavors were out of stock. I mentioned this to one of the 2 employees, and his response was “someone will get to it. We’ve been busy.”

They had one employee here at 4 on a Sunday which was pretty busy. They were out of a ton of lids, I had to grab a stack from under the counter. They were also out of their syrups and those that were there didn't have pumps, I had to free pour syrups. Their payment screens were also broken and glitchy.
It seems like management here needs an overhaul because this store is quickly decaying and it seems like the current managers don't pay enough to prevent the decay.

Came in a little before 2 to get something to drink, and the employee was playing on her phone, not even behind the cash register, talking to someone instead of doing her job. Very unprofessional and inappropriate to be doing at work.
