The graveyard crew are so friendly. Albus and Chris are awesome, great customer service. They Always greet everyone with a smile. I'm in just about every night for an ice refill never have I heard them be rude. They really have a lot of patience with slow and unruly customers. The manager Kimberly is the reason i will not be back. I couldn't give a one because all the other employees were amazing! The way she talks to nor only the customers but the employees right in front of customers. So disappointed...the one female employee she talked to was visibly upset.
