The manager/supervisor Kimberly Dixon was very disrepectful to us through the phone, we asked a simple question and she gave us a rude answer and started going off on us, we asked for her name and she cursed us out, luckily we knew her name already, will not be doing business with people like this, do better, when people call to ask a question they expect good customer service not a rude manager telling them off just because she is having a bad day.

The graveyard crew are so friendly. Albus and Chris are awesome, great customer service. They Always greet everyone with a smile. I'm in just about every night for an ice refill never have I heard them be rude. They really have a lot of patience with slow and unruly customers. They make my night when I see them working. Thanks guys.

My fleet card wouldn't work with the pump outside. It works at the pump at every other Maverick location.
The cashier was dismissive. She didn't care. After I finally got it ran inside she said " Oh, it's a fleet card".
If she had listened then I might go back there. I drive a lot for work. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I won't go back to Maverick!

I like Maverik I was going to apply for an Adventure card, however it looks like it applies to a Nitro card that connects to your bank account although I like the idea of saving 2 cents a gallon, I don't want anything connected to my bank account , Nor do I want a credit card so I am not filling out any of that . I certainly wish that you could fill it out without anything attached but that Nitro card thing pops up and even if it doesn't automatically attach to your bank card I am not taking any chances

Update 6-15-24Please address the person who chose to install your fuel authorization garbage system. Having to go in every time, ridiculous. It takes up 15 to 20 minutes to deal with these stupid gas pumps. Then they don't keep up on their job and keep the paper in the pumps so you have to go back in and get the receipt. They look at you like it's your fault as the customer. Geez. I would never say something if it wasn't 99 out of 100 times I'm here!

The manager Kimberly is the reason i will not be back. I couldn't give a one because all the other employees were amazing! The way she talks to nor only the customers but the employees right in front of customers. So disappointed...the one female employee she talked to was visibly upset.

Older lady with a bob hair cut was being rude to my mom when we tried telling her the self check out machine wasn’t working. She wasn’t comprehending what my mom was saying that the card reader wasn’t working. She took our payment and while talking to my mom in SUCH a rude manner. She then said you made it out alive to my mom who was getting frustrated with her attitude. I am so surprised how rude and disrespectful she was being to my mom. Closest gas station to me but I’m never coming back.

Under the new management this store has gone downhill. Bathrooms under maintained and garbage full and just messy.
