Would rate lower if I could. My wife went on 7/9 with our kids. Tried to get juul pods and sluprees and our card was declined. Looked today and they still charged us just shy of $27 for 2 slurppes as the card was declined and the lady said she voided the transaction. You guys are the worst. Maverick corporate needs to look into whom else you've stolen from.
Maverik corporate says there is no record of the transaction even with a bank statement showing that is a lie. Customers beware, corporate is all for the theft of your money.

This place used to be a great store.
Now, the manager does not even acknowledge that you’re in the store, or that you’re checking yourself out, or offered to help, or comment that you actually exist.
What a pathetic excuse for leadership.
This is from a longtime Maverick customer, and I come to the stores every day somewhere across the valley.
Was run by A lady named Sam, and she was amazingly, friendly, accommodating, and hard-working, and all the wild with a great attitude.
This guy is Kind of a jerk.
Well, done Maverick. Nice change.

I love being in Salt Lake City cuz they have the coolest Mavericks! They're always decked out like a mountain dew commercial or somebody's getting ready to do something crazy for Red Bull..
They've got everything all the other convenience stores have and normally a better price!

This Maverik is getting worse and worse every single day, now that even Kelsey is gone this Maverik gas station is just depressing and it feels hostile as soon as I walk inside. I don’t feel welcomed.

Hot food is only available in the late mornings/very early afternoon. Very hit or miss what's available when there is something in the hot case. Afternoon staff is typically pretty rude and the store is dirty. Bathrooms are rarely cleaned.
If I do manage to have a good experience here it's on the 6-2 shift who are much friendlier.

I love going to this Maverik everyone is very friendly. Zach has always been so friendly and helpful. I love his attitude. The other night I was in and there was a sweet old lady who very lost. Autumn impressed me very much. Her patience and care and her saying calm all while helping this lady. She is definitely one to keep around and I’m so grateful I’ve been able to meet them both!!

Been coming here for a week now, because the other location is on the construction. The workers would literally disappear this morning. I just still in line for 17 minutes. Nobody else in the store except the Frito-Lay guy. This maverick sucks. Can’t wait till the construction is finished on the other one.

Cashier mumbled and I didn't hear what he said and then said again in a disrespect voice, "wHaT iS yOuR bIrThDay". Get a better attitude.

This is a great little Maverik and the food selection is fantastic but I was really off put by the guy with red beard and long hair. He was very rude to customers and talking extremely vulgar within earshot of customers. I doubt I will come back to this location if he's working there. Other than him it was a nice experience

One of the cashiers here is super rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend and I walked in, grabbed our stuff quick and walked up to the register. As we walk up, the cashier walks outside without saying anything leaving the front unattended for a good 5 min. When he comes back in he walked all the way around the store then comes back to the front to ring us up not saying a single word. Then he asks if we want a bag and we said yes. He puts the bag on the counter and doesn’t help put anything in the bag like a cashier usually would. As we are walking out he screams at the top of his lungs “GET A ROOM!” looking directly at us? We both were confused and shocked on why he would even yell this. Just horrible behavior and unprofessional!

Are we not welcome to be here for the time it takes to eat the product that was purchased here?.... Feels bad to be told to leave. I spend a lot of money at Maverick stores.
What a stupid store employee. Sells microwavable products. Has a customer-facing microwave oven. Not welcome to cook and eat the product. Can't imagine why some people don't know how to mind their business.
For professional drivers who spend about 13 hours driving around Salt Lake Valley every day it is not reasonable to expect me to go all the way home to use my own microwave oven and eat it there. Otherwise I would have just not stopped here for a snack at all.
