VERY disappointed in the yarn selection. Someone told me they had lots to choose from…. Not really. Maybe 2-3 different brands & not much of a selection of colors. If you want a good selection of yarn to choose from, go to Hobby Lobby! Their selection is 10 times bigger & better, with a huge selection of colors to choose from.

Very friendly staff. They now have self check out if you're paying with a card and they have helium balloons. This is fantastic as Zurchers closes at 8pm and Michael's closes at 9pm. They are a bit expensive ($2/ regular latex balloon and $12 for a soccer ball). Two of the balloons deflated within an hour.

I placed a rather expensive framing job. When I went in to pick it up the mat board had a line down the left side. Why would they send this to the store.? Luckily your employee Michelle noticed it. She helped me come up with a creative solution to cover the line. You have a fantastic employee there. She gets 5 stars, the department that sends the mat-board gets 0 stars.

Staff was not helpful or knowledgeable. Bathrooms are unavailable unless a staff member opens one for you.
The only helpful person was the guy making frames or cutting mattes.

They never have what I want every time I go into that store. They advertise that they have it but when I go there they don't have it. So disappointing.
