We were both served pancakes that were still raw inside. The waiter was awesome,but the fact that the cook sent that out is unacceptable. It was noticeable before even cutting them open.

We always love the Original Pancake House! Place is very clean. Service is always attentive and kind. They accommodate all of our special requests. Food came out so hot I burned my mouth! It was all in all a great experience. You can get on the waitlist online so it’s convenient. It’s busy with a line every time we’ve been there, but worth it!Dietary restrictions: They accommodate special dietary restrictions if at all possible.Parking: It’s a strip mall with not a ton of parking considering all the businesses there. You can generally find a spot though.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu with fun choices!Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible.

Amazing place for breakfast! Don’t go the the “initials pancake spot” … I recommend the Classic American breakfast combo (with added pancakes)! Great coffee also :)

Very tasty breakfast food here and over the top service. My order was taking a little long to finish so they brought me some fresh fruit in the mean time, and even after getting my order and being perfectly happy with it, the chef baked me a new Swedish pancake just so it would be perfect. So thank you to the waitress to catered to us so kindly and to the staff in the kitchen going the extra mile even when it wasn’t expected!

Went here, ate sausages, got blood-inducing food poisoning. I really disliked the atmosphere in terms of other patrons (a lot of business talk and not very nice things said about coworkers/employees. I'll spare the details) but that's not the restaurant's fault. I apparently just went on a bad day for the atmosphere. I do wish I hadn't tipped so well, given the food poisoning.

Honestly I'll never go in to eat at that original pancake house. I stood at the front counter for a good 5 minutes before anyone took me to a table. After I got my check and put down the tip amount my waitresses attitude got WORSE! like however much I tipped her wasn't good enough. POOR customer service!
