Unfortunately and this is with most commercial pet places this place is very expensive! They have a harness for a dog as an example it's $50 that's ridiculous. You can get a harness on Amazon for much less than that

The shelves are empty here a lot. Most things I'm looking for I cannot find. Whether it's a certain type of food or certain product, they don't have it. It's like they never recovered from COVID or something. PetSmart seems to always have exactly what I need and everything is stocked. The people here are nice for sure and they're helpful but, if I can find a PetSmart that's where I would go first., if I can find a PetSmart that's where I would go first.

This store is very dirty. Especially the aquariums and area surrounding. I chose not to buy fish there for that reason.

If I could leave 0 stars that would ideal, and after reading reviews and reading the responses from the “owner” I wish I had not wasted my precious time or gas on going to this pathetic location.
Kim neglected to have the walk through done right at 9 pm (when the store closed)
An employee walked past the isle I was in and announced that the walk through had not been completed… some hills have eye imbread lookin fella approached and said quite snarky “we are closed, you ready to check out?” As it’s common sense that i wasn’t as I was heading towards the food section.. if I wasn’t allowed to grab my last item why would I be questioned if I was ready 2 bloody minutes after the store closed my god! So I was pushed that I needed to purchase my 2 items, not was the necessity that i came for in the first place, why would I purchase anything from this god forsaken place… so with his poor customer service attitude and lacking common sense, I said I would return tomorrow. He gave attitude and nobody followed me to unlock the door, which is illegal and I’m sure I could press charges for unlawful detention, so I let myself out cause I was made clear to leave immediately, just minutes after the store closed.. now to whomever is writing as owner on behalf of Petco, yalls service still sucks despite stating that you’ll improve customer service, essentially it’s gotten worse.. waste of my damn time when I just simply needed one more item before I could remove my presence from the store… boycott this location so they can be shut down, I’ll make the drive to my sugarhouse location as they wouldnt have treated me as such an inconvenience & scum between their toes because they was in hurry to go smoke their meth.. Americans and their garbage attitudes and being oblivious to what customer service really is and lacking respect and decency to customers that pay their wages… Glad Amazon does overnight delivery (4 am to be exact) so my dog can have breakfast in the morning, yet Petco supposedly cares about the wellbeing of animals so much..
