Fairly quite the only reason I give 3 stars because I had UHaul truck full of stuff I needed to store before returning the U-Haul that night but the gate hours at public storage locks @9pm which I had to go to a friends storage unit in sandy to store my stuff.

rented an inside climate controlled storage unit. went to get some items and entire inside reeks of cigarette smoke. leaving all my stuff smelling that way. there is also dog poop and pee inside. no one answers the phone and have left voicemails but no one returns my calls. i’ve been renting for 3 months and they are raising my rate $40. will be leaving at the end of july. absolutely disgusting.

Only rent here is you enjoy constant rate increases, no upkeep, no courtesies of any type, no manager, & a random lock on my unit that nobody seems to know anything about. Bring your grinder, and an extra $100/month on top of your initial agreed upon monthly dues

My rent over 10 months has increased from $117/month to $172/month. They raise rates every quarter for anyone staying longer than 3 months. What a joke. They will not lower my rate and I expect another increase soon. No customer service. No manager on site. No courtesy whatsoever. Who would actually want to rent a space here? AVOID
It is against Googles Policy to scrub / remove actual reviews from legitimate paying customers. The point of my review is not to be fraudulent or misleading. It is to give honest feedback based on personal experience. With this personal experience between Public Storage & I being extremely poor
