The store is easy to visit, but shoppers spend time looking for items because there are many things and only one checkout counter. The line can be long. Employees are nice and friendly. The store is clean and orderly, and it is super easy to find everything needed. Prices are reasonable. Some sections, especially the kids area, can be messy and restocking is infrequent. Still, many shoppers find special items and consider it a favorite store.
We love to shop here but today my daughter was trying on clothes and we felt rushed. We got pretty much kicked out of the dressing room because one of the workers wanted to go home.

One of the better Ross's in the valley, it's clean, well organized, smells like a normal store, employees are okay, wish they had more people working the registers though to speed up check out process. I always find good items here that are worth the money.
