I used to use this pharmacy all the time and never had any issues but recently my doctor sent in a refill on my anxiety medication that I have been taking for years and it must have gotten sent back or denied because after it was sent in I called to check on it and the tech said they didn’t receive anything so I called my doctor back right before the office closed on a Friday and asked them to resend it again because I thought maybe there was a technical issue of some sort called this pharmacy again and they told me that the pharmacist wouldn’t fill it because he wanted to talk to the doctor the following Monday and I had been completely out of my meds and it wasn’t too early same dose and doctor I’ve had for years so I talked to the pharmacist and he was rude talked to me like I was shady wouldn’t tell me why he didn’t want to fill it and basically hung up on me so all around horrible experience and not professional will not be using Smiths pharmacy anymore and I’m very dissatisfied

I was standing in the line to get a prescription and they just close the window. I was in line before they closed. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Pooja at the Smith's pharmacy is one of the rudest pharmacy techs I've ever encountered. I called to try to problem solve an issue with the prescription date on my bottle. She immediately started talking over me, raising her voice, she would not listen, interrupted me multiple times,, she told me to \\\"call the DEA on her\\\", she said that Smith's pharmacy has been breaking the law and making all kinds of other weird statements. All I was trying to do was try to figure out why a prescription could not be processed the day before and then picked up on the date it was due like I've been able to do for 15+ years. After getting the manager involved he was able to be a decent human being and explain to me that it's the new system they have. I don't have a problem with that. However Pooja has such an attitude. When I was asking her not to interrupt me and she got even more combative and started raising her voice and talking down to me. Her behavior was not okay and not conducive to a medical professional. Solely because of her actions, I I'm considering changing pharmacies. I feel like a person with a disposition such as that maybe shouldn't be working with the public and controlled medication. ?\\u200d♂️

Very Judgmental towards medication’s I was picking up. Said all the names of my Medications out loud so that all the customers around could hear!! which was very unnecessary. And very unprofessional. Will not return!!???

The 5 stars are for Josh, pharmacy tech, and is independent of our other experiences at the pharmacy (which are a mixed bag, TBH). I added a family member to the Kroger Prescription Savings Club plan, but when we went to pick up a prescription, they couldn't find her on the plan even though I had a card on the plan. I called the next day, and they directed me to the Savings Club customer service after they still couldn't find her. Customer service said they'd look into it and call me back, which they didn't do. When I called customer service 5 days later, they still didn't know what was going on and told me to call the store. Thankfully, I got Josh this time who was not only competent but willing and able to help out. He took it upon himself to call customer service, got the issue sorted out, and was able to get us refunded the ~$70 difference, all in one day. I'm sure the pharmacy is always crazy busy, but I REALLY appreciated Josh personally taking the steps needed to fix the problem.THANK YOU JOSH!

I know this sounds weird but ,I work construction right behind smiths .I come here for breakfast ,lunch and to buy dinner .Every single day ...the staff here is amazing .I lost a glove at lunch and had to throw concrete with my bare hands .I got off work and came to get my dinner ....I asked lost & found if they had found a glove .Nope ....so I was in the candle Isle and the manager Greg asked how my day was ?I told him about my missing glove ."He said that's strange I saw one glove somewhere just like the one you have " he said "I thought it was strange just one glove ".He told me to wait for him and took off he showed back up with my missing glove .It might not seem like much to anyone .But ,to me that is above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated ,so thoughtful .Thank you Greg your awesome ?

Great pharmacy with really helpful people!! I usually pick up my parents' medicines from here and use the GoodRx for discount. But yesterday when I went the pharmacist even added another coupon by herself that cut the whole price to half O_O Thank you S-O much!!! Really appreciate your time and help!

Smith pharmacy appears to run well during covid. As the store itself I am sure is under strick Corp guidelines to continue to mask their employees? Would be nice to see that Great Smith employee smile again. Idk Smiths has contract with CHC community or just government contracts? Pharmacy is great. CHC appears, not to be able to get their communication correct. On a prescription? Rules And Regs change so much on filling a prescription? On end of pharmacy or the overwhelm of covid/providers medical jump through hoops? Meanwhile it is reported our Boarder is in crisis
