I called before New Year's to see if this store carried crab legs (for a New Year's Eve party). I was told yes. I went in and saw some "Surimi Crab Legs". I asked the man behind the meat counter if Surimi were a fake crab because I wanted real crab. He told me they were a snow crab and real crab. I bought quite a few. Surimi is really fish paste and they taste terrible. None of my guests would eat them. What a waste of money. Second time I have been given significant wrong information. No longer trust Smith's.

The lady at the self checkout was eyeing me like a hawk, I felt like she was prejudice because of my ethnicity. I felt disrespected the way she talk to me. She was so rude.

We were able to find everything we were looking for, and didn’t face any issues in the store. This place is quite popular, and there were lines at all cashier lanes and self-checkout.

I recently tried my first Smith’s online grocery order and will never again. They messed it up worse than Walmart ever had in my opinion.I ordered a bunch of things that were on sale on Thanksgiving Day. I didn’t have to have them, I just wanted to stock up because of the good price. On the app when I checked out it showed me the sale price and I approved the final price of the order.Fast forward to the following week when I picked up my order. They had gone into my account and charged me an extra nearly $100 (which I did not approve) and had charged me full price for all of those sale items. I was not aware of this until I got home and was looking at my account later.I called customer service several times. Each time they told me I’d need to talk to the online order manager. I’ve tried to call the online order manager multiple times but never get an answer.Whatever I approve of paying in the app should be exactly what comes out of my account. And if I pick up my groceries after the sale ends (even though I ordered them during the sale) somebody/something should have told me that I didn’t get the sale price.Poor transparency and poor customer service. Can’t even reach anyone who will talk to me about this.I won’t be shopping at this location again.

They used to be the best local smiths but that has changed now. They are TERRIBLE at pulling items that are about to expire, I have accidentally made it home with already expired items and they never even made it to Managers Special. Speaking of, since the remodel, they don’t have a reduced frozen shelf anymore and everything else that gets reduced, gets put into random carts that take up isle space in the front of the store. They were better off before the remodel. ALSO, apparently you can’t return NON food items that have been reduced. “It’s the store managers policy”….even though it’s not posted anywhere. However, it’s acceptable at the 90th and highland location so just go there if you want to shop at smiths.

I have tried to do mobile pickup at this location twice and both times it was a nightmare. The first time it was severely delayed, and I had to wait hours to pick up my order and once I did pick up a coil of the items were missing, spoiled or damaged and my second order was placed today and I just got another call saying that their system is down and it could be hours until it is working or could even take until tomorrow to fill the order. It’s totally defeats the purpose of the convenience of pick up order and nothing was even offered like a coupon or discount or anything to apologize for the inconvenience. Honestly I won’t be shopping at this location again.

The guy in customer service was so rude and mean, so I called his manager. She sided with him, and when I told her I was going to Walmart she laughed in my face. This is not a good way to treat customers, especially when Smith's is overpriced and dumpy to begin with. And the people working in self checkout have attitudes. I will never give Smith's my money again.

Used to be a very good store, but today it looked like someone had thrown up in the drinking fountain. Very sad to see the decline of this store. ???

I've had it with the rude workers I had to use the machine to get money im not familiar with the machine the man taking care of self check out told me I had to go through this customer service so I dd it took forever. I went inin last night to do the same the clerk told me I had to go to self check out for my moneySo I did.I had to do the same thing today I purchased a card for $469 I thought I would have enough only having $500 I went over by 3 whole cents do you think they could be kind enough to help me out oh no I had to run to my car for 3 cents well only 2 cents would work so I ask the guy if he would exchanged it he tap it on his counter and told me it was plastic I looked at it and it was a wheat back penny!!! Needless to say I ran back to my car for one damn penny! I think they get a kick out of making a 60 year old woman run aroundThe self check is always the same rude guy. I'm done going to that smiths unless I absolutely have to.Just to be clear all three times I had to change my penny's for cash

This is the worst smiths in existence. They never EVER have anything. I have friends who have switched to Walmart because they NEVER HAVE ANYTHING and I’m just about to do the same. No heavy whipping cream, no sliced olives, $3 avocados. Nah. Smiths, you trippin’. You guys suck at stocking your shelves. No other smiths has this problem. Only THIS ONE, avoid at all costs!!!!! You may have digital deals but what’s the point if you never have the items? They should just close this one’s doors.

I have been shopping here for years and have watched it go down hill. The other day, a woman who has checked me out many times was sweeping through the produce with blood running out of her nose. I stopped her and asked if she knew and was ok. She said she knew and used her sleeve. Then she left the broom for 5 min and came back. I understand stuff happens, but the fact she knew...ugh. Then I went to get some onions and noticed fruit flies flying out of the mesh bags. I reported it but they didn't act concerned. I have noticed really dirty conditions in the produce and there are always tons of boxes everywhere. I'm sorry, but I'll only go to the pharmacy at this Smith's. It's horrible!

I use this Smith’s because it’s close to my office and easy to grab a couple of things. It’s almost never busy but today I went in to pick up donuts for the office. There were fruit flies in the donut case. The icing on the donuts was melting and the donuts were stale. They also do not have a trash can by the donut case so there is no where to put the papers you use there get the donuts out with. Still an easy fast self check out and quick easy parking. But really disappointed with the donuts.

If there are only supposed to be 25 items or less at self checkout, post that information and have more than 1 check stand open. Don't rudely demean a customer who thought they were being helpful using self checkout. "I've never been told self checkout is 25 or less items." "That doesn't surprise me." Don't throw your coworkers under the bus either. The employee I interacted with, that looked like management was the rudest I have ever met. Choose a different location.

When we came to this store on a busy Saturday, there were no handicap parking spaces for us to park (they were all taken) my husband parked in the front (off to the side) where there was no traffic, so I could easily get in the store, due to my bad back and hip issues. We did not realize it was a fire lane. My husband was in the car the entire time with my two children and the car was on for A.c. While I was in the store, there was a store employee named Jeanette who was yelling at my husband to move (there still were no places for him to park) when he tried to explain the situation, she was incredibly rude then She started taking pictures of our car and refused to delete them off of her phone. When I came out, she still refused to delete the pictures and talked to my husband and I both with disrespect, Why she is an assistant manager, I dont know…. maybe she is the “parking police” Jeanettes people skills are sub par and when I showed her our handicap pass she said “I don’t care”…. that is how you will be treated at this store. I will no longer be shopping here.
