I am ALWAYS satisfied with any Sport Clips location that I go to. I went to this location this time because I was close by and was very impressed by Holly who had exceptional people skills as well as skill in cutting my hair. The store was very clean and orderly which to me is a big deal! I also was offered a soda afterwards which made it extra special. Of course I will come back here!

Lara is killing it out here! Pleased with result, quick and one of the best scalp massages I’ve ever had. Funny, cheerful and more attentive than almost any stylist I’ve had at SportsClips. I shall be back!

Usually I go to the Jordan Landing location and today switched it up and went t to the midvale location I enjoyed my experience far more and was delighted with my haircut, zeke killed it.

The haircut was good, but the pricing? Too expensive. If you use the shaver fade. They are going to charge $10 extra. Making it $35 (without including tip). I came to sport clips because it was cheaper than a barbershop and make it competitive, but now I'm just gonna find a barbershop instead.

One star is too much. At this location they go through many employee’s. Holly struggles with managing this location. It would be nice to just get good service.

It was honestly one of the best visits I have had. I checked in online as usual. Walked in, waited less than 5 Min before I was in the chair. Lara is a rockstar. When I found out she had only started with you 23 days prior I was floored. The cut was amazing. The wash, hot towel and rinse almost put me to sleep. I was serious about going in every day just for that because Lara did so well.

I wasn't too happy with my stylist. (I don't want to single out her out)
She was nice and introduced herself. Then I felt pressured for a wash because I wore a hat before coming in, which I usually do. It didn't seem like an issue with other stylists at other locations. I ended up not getting a wash because I think she noticed I visually didn't want one.
My sides were uneven. When I pointed it out, she told me it'll look less bushy when I wash it. It's uneven. Ever had it bushy. When she showed my back neck line. She blamed the fade on my hat line. Which never had been an issue with other stylists at sports clips.
She didn't offer any styling. Idk if I'm supposed to ask nowadays.
I'm not picky when it comes to my hair, nor was I rude or gave her grief. I left disappointed.

waited for a half an hour after I checked in online and was on deck had to go out to my car to get my wallet. I told the stylist I would be right back she put the person behind me in the chair adding another 45 minutes to my weight I will not go back to this location
