Just got home from buying a few items from sportsmans warehouse. Checed the receipt and we were overcharged. We called the store told them, there solution was bring it back with receipt. Like we are going to spend $15. In gas to recoup $9.

This store is closely related to a scam website called Sportsmans Internet. Please buyer beware. I never bought anything from this company and yet I keep getting surveys on how I liked my purchase.

I do not recommend using sportsman warehouse for gift cards I put my information in did not accept information still got charged had to go to Amazon and order another gift card and will not be receiving my funds for up to five days so I’m out double amount of money until five days during the holidays Unacceptable will not be using Sportsmans warehouse as my holiday gift stop 👎👎👎

Called 4 times over the last three weeks about a gun that I brought that was never shipped out. Everyone that I call they always tell me that it is being investigated. Last time I call a woman told me my order never shipped because it was out of stock and when I questioned why are they selling items that’s out of stock the lady hung up in my face. Never ever ever order anything from them. Never had such an hassle ordering online before. This place needs to be shut down.

Purchased a gun safe online from them, they marked it ready for pickup about an hour later. I rented a U-Haul for the next day, only to find out when I show up that they don’t have it and won’t get anymore back in. Very unhelpful staff and waste of time and money.

The last year your service and inventory have been nonexistent. I used to buy all on fishing gear from you guys but that has now come to an end. Will be shopping cabellas from here on out. Every time I have gone in I was hoping for improvements and almost seams like you guys are going out of business. The show room floor used to be stuffed with product but now the floor is empty with nothing. Sorry for the poor review but I’m not the only person complaining about this.

horrible experience. avoid this company at all costs. ordered a gun online delivered to winchester, va. 3 + hours checking out. discrepency is what i paid online versus scan out at the register. unable to straighten it out acknowledge i have receipt and paid for the rifle but i had to hang around for hours while they work on 'system error'. i wish i could give them -5 starts. firearms manager and store manager offer a lot of excuses but have failed to return my call for further explanation. do not order online with this place.. too big, worse than walmart. they do not care about the customer

Reached out about a price matching issue & never heard back. Figured out why they have a guarantee price match on the front of the store. "IF" you find the cheaper price, great they match it & claim to beat it by 1%but if not they just gouge you with their high prices.I found an item alot cheaper & asked them if they would match it over the phone & they said yes.I got there & they looked at the ad and said yes it's legit we'll match it.... Then the manager looks at his cost on the item & said "I'm sorry we can't match this, we'll lose our a$$... It's lower then what we pay for it?Hows that the customers problem!That's False Advertisement!

Went in to use there restrooms in Riverdale twice this week and they were disgusting.
