I went to this sprint in June 2019 to upgrade my phone and also got a deal with getting a new iPhone and receiving a $250 MasterCard. They did tell me that it could take up to 3 months to receive this card in the mail. It has now been almost 7 months since I got this deal and I still have not received the card. I’ve talked to multiple agents in the last 4 months and they all kept telling me that It will be there within 2 weeks. Well after hearing that multiple times and still not receiving anything I talked to another agent on Nov 6 and she told me she would put a report in and get it prioritized for me. She told me I would get an email from the back office in 3-5 business days letting me know when it will be shipped. It’s been 6 business days now and still haven’t received an email. I just messaged another agent and it turns out that she lied to me because it actually takes 7-10 business days to get the email. I know this is d*** to get mad about but when it comes down to it Sprint makes promises they cannot keep. What makes me more upset is how they are handling it. If something goes wrong and is going to take longer to get to a customer they should reach out to the customer and reassure to them that they will fix it. I have loved being a sprint customer for many reasons but this has made me lose a lot of respect for them. It shouldn’t take that long to resolve one simple problem. It’s just ridiculous.

Genuine, thoughtful, and kind team. Interviewing with Management was an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend this location to fulfill wireless needs, or try a different wireless company and save!

We went on Saturday morning to this store and the workers there acted like out was a huge inconvenience for us to bother them. Last time I'll ever go to that store. We left and went to the downtown store where we could get real help. Those workers have no clue what customer service is!

Sprint is honestly the worst. It's almost like they're all angsty teenagers, even though they are in their late twenties. Absolutely no initiative from them. When we asked questions, the person helping us would look at the man behind the counter and that guy would just roll his eyes and look away.
