Stayed here with our pups on a cross country roadtrip. The rooms were cozy and nice, the pet fee was reasonable, and the parking lot was well lit giving us comfort about leaving some belongings in our vehicle. Also, it was nice to have several restaurants within walking distance after a long day of driving!

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond. Great suite rooms with large TVs. Good location next to lots of restaurants.

Room is really clean. Location is great. Close to restaurants. Went to the Social hour and met Nikki the Director of Sales. She was really friendly and we had a fun time. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was exceptional, the room was more than I expected and the happy hour did a great job of allowing me to meet people and enjoy some socialization away from home. Nikki was amazing and went out of her way to make sure my stay was better than average but exceptional.

I stay here for months at a time and wouldn't go anywhere else. Its our home away from home. The social hour Monday thru Wednesdays is a plus. Highly recommended staybridge.

As others have mentioned- the front desk is uninformed and cannot assist with questions like connecting to the WiFi or other basic customer service issues. The floors in the rooms are NASTY. I took my shoes and socks off for 10 minutes while getting ready for bed and the bottoms of my feet were black with dirt. The housekeepers are very nice, but any of the front desk/management staff are unhelpful and leave you hanging after many promises of “follow up”
If you are looking for a family stay- look elsewhere.
To respond to the owners: this review has nothing to do with a room switch request or bathtub- it is focused on customer service and room cleanliness alone. I would not recommend to families.

The desk staff and management here are terrible. When we made our reservation (for a 2 month stay) we asked for a tub to be able to bathe our infant. We were told we would get one. We show up to the hotel on Friday, and guess what no tub in the room. But they said they could get us into a room with a tub Sunday. Sunday comes, and they say, sorry, we meant Monday. Comes, and the guy working the front desk (after finally getting his attention as he was playing a game on his phone with headphones in) says he can't do anything and we need to talk to Moana the assistant manager on Tuesday. Tuesday, Moana doesn't come into work. Wednesday she says they should have a room by Friday. Great. Friday comes, its been a week, we've been giving our infant spounge baths in the tiny little kitchenette sink. Friday comes and they once again put us off until Monday. The weekend comes and goes and Monday they tell us they don't have a tub room available. The Manager comes out and says they only have a single Tub in the entire hotel (we had previously been told they had several.) And the person in it is another long stay that decided to extend. OK, so which story is true. Anyway we are finding better accommodations.
Oh and the carpet in our room was so filthy that it turned our feet black and we had to purchase slippers to walk around the room.

Room was very worn and dirty. Hallways were filthy. Pool area was crazy crowded. Front desk was stop so kind though so, it's got that going for it. Room would not cool down. Wouldn't stay here again with kids.

I really liked this place and would stay again here if I was passing through SLC. The breakfasts are good and even though I didn't go to them they have a small social bar in the evenings a few nights during the week. Three things for management to be aware of and possibly improve: 1. if the trash is full by the elevators please take it out right away. I noticed it full more often than not. 2. Get another one or two luggage carts because the ones you have are always in use by someone. And 3. have the housekeeping make sure there isn't hair in the shower drains (found some in the trap in our room). Thanks for the great stay!

Got bed bug bites/dust mite bites out of one night stay at this location. This is the only hotel I found during my current road trip with hygiene issues.
