I recently went to Tanner Glass to get a replacement towel bar that had broken in my 2.5 year old new construction home. I was outside my warranty and clearly expected to pay, but they gave me the part at no cost! I was amazed! Great customer service like this is so hard to find these days!

We didn’t actually get to use their glass or hardware. They came out and gave us a bid and were very professional. Unfortunately, they had a lead time that wouldn’t work for us. There was mix up, and we accidentally paid half down for the glass, thinking it was the company with the shorter lead time. When the glass showed up, they called to schedule and that’s when we discovered the mistake. We had signed the invoice and sent the money, so it was on us. Tanner glass could have taken advantage. Instead, they heard us out and decided not to collect the rest of the money. Probably at a slight loss on their end. Good to see there’s honest companies out there. We have projects needing glass coming up and they’ll be the first ones we call.

Tanner Glass is a great company and does an amazing job. Our company has built literally thousands of homes with over 99% of those homes featuring door and bath hardware along with mirrors and shower glass from Tanner Glass & Hardware! They work hard to provide great products and service, get it right the first time, and take care of us, their customer.Do they get it perfect every time? Of course not. But I am always amazed at how well they manage their inventory of so many small, inexpensive parts (passage/privacy/dummy door knobs, strike plates, spring door stops, hinge stops, closet rods, TP Holders, robe hooks, towel bars, barn doors, glass, mirrors etc. etc. - All in dozens of styles and finishes) and get them all to a new construction job site, installed, on time! It's not an easy business. And yet for over 20+ years Jennie Tanner and her team have succeeded and managed to become a leader in the market AND stay competitively priced against all kinds of competition. Her father, Larry Tanner, who started T&T Hardware 20+ years earlier must certainly be proud of her, and the rest of the team. Good job! - to the whole Tanner family

The estimator was on time, he gave me clear choices to decide on. The order process was easy to use. The installer was on time & did a great job. The shower doors are beautiful & move very easily. Paying for the top end selection was well worth it

Original glass shower thst tanner installed shsttered. My daughter was cut up pretty bad. Called they said they would not give any didcount because it had been 10 years. Understandably, i asked for a bid. They got back to me about a week later. 5 - 7 week to get it indtslled. Was very pricey. They said if i brought in a check for half I would't have to pay the extra credit card fee. Brought the check in. Thry said if I paid by check there would be no credit card fee. When I arrived with the check they told me I had to pay the full amount because I was paying for a check. I told them that that was not told to me in the bed. They basically said who cares. I will not go there ever again!

TG’s customer service is excellent! Our original order was an error, but keep reading! Tanner reviewed our installation and immediately took responsibility to fix the problem. No hassle, no argument, no fight! We humans make mistakes, so when owning it, as Tanner did, that’s great customer service and the kind of business I want to refer!!!

Ran into a lot of issues getting a shower glass, including they cut the glass incorrectly twice and then on what have been the third try to do it the glass shattered being cut so they had to re-order it. Ended up with a ton of rescheduling and remeasuring that made it so I had to be at my house to receive them each time during the work day. I felt communication was really poor, for example the time the glass shattered I didn't know about the issue and that they wouldn't be able to make it that day until I called them after their appointment had passed to ask if they were still coming. Due to all the issues, it added about a month delay from when it should have been completed. I did let the owner know the many issues I had and she explained they were trying to get a better system to communicate with customers, but unfortunately that wasn't my experience. I ultimately am unsatisfied with the end product as the top and bottom of the glass don't look to have the precision of custom glass that I imagined.

The final phase of our full bathroom remodel was the glass enclosure around the shower. We are so pleased with Tanner Glass. We were referred to them by Sticks and Stones who did our countertop and sink. Of the three quotes we obtained, Tanner was the most reasonable. The installation exceeded our expectations.

I had a glass replacement piece made for a console table. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but overall I am completely satisfied. I am very grateful for the excellent customer service and all who worked on this project for me. I definitely recommend using Tanner glass! My table is back together and it looks great.

One of the best contractors from my remodeling experience. Great communication on expectations. The guy measuring had great suggestions (movable transom above the door) for a steam shower vs. vented shower. The installers were extremely courteous and fast. Once ordered, I expected a call that it was ready to install and it would be another few weeks. When they called, it was ready and they could come out tomorrow. I had a better result than my original vision and it had the work done before even getting a bid back from another vendor. There was never any pressure, just options for me to consider which were all explained well.

I wanted to give a shout out to Tanner Glass for outstanding service. I just finished a basement remodel and had them do my shower door. It turned out fantastic!! They came and measured it and called to instal then it was done! Everything about it was great!!
