Brett is outstanding! He took personal interest in my shipment. He acted as my liaison with customs, ensuring what was in my package would make it overseas. He filled out all the necessary paperwork, walked me through the steps, packaged my gift, and even stayed a few minutes late on a Saturday. Amazing customer service!! Thanks again!

I've been using The Mail Center for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service. It is a great place to mail packages especially if you want to skip the long, slow lines at the post office! They do great work!!

This is my go to spot to ship anything now. The owner is extremely helpful and the prices are great. Didn't know how much FedEx and USPS were ripping me off until I went here. They'll pack your item up for a good price.

Tried charging me $2.00 more then other locations so I went 45 blocks out of my way to a different location because customer service sucks go to the one on 4500. South and 900 east location there so much better

I have had a mail box and use their mail services now for over 15 years, they are the best in state. Trust me just go straight in and get signed up and have your mail and packages delivered there. I also like having a mail suite address as it gives me a lot of privacy.

These guys are really helpful. I go there for things when I'm at home (5 minutes away), but I was able to call them from halfway around the world recenly to get a document sent to me. It was a complicated process (from my end), but they got it all done without a problem.Thanks again Mail Center!

I had a scheduled appointment with the mail center at 10:40 on a Saturday. Their hours say they open at 10AM.
I stood outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone to open the store. They did not open.

Brett and Cody run the best Mail Center in the Valley. Excellent service, a high level of knowledge and all the shipping tool you need. Highly recommend this business.

Accidentally came with a label that could only be scanned by a specific postal service, but the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and pointed me to the right direction of a nearby location that could scan it. Thanks for being so kind and helpful, the five star is for your great customer service. Hope to use your service in the future!
