I needed to get some medals done in less than a day. Didn't think it would be possible. But Trophy Case was able to make it happen. The variety I was able to choose from was fantastic and the engravings look perfect. They absolutely went above and beyond to help me. Amazing service and quality!

The owners are simply lovely and kind! I went in to see about getting a name plate for some of my husband’s ashes I had put in a separate urn for his daughter. They shared some stories with me about one of their family members who passed in the same manner as my husband. I can say that I was sent there for a reason and I was meant to meet them today. They are both beautiful people who happened to touch my heart and comfort me in a time of need. And, yes, they made me a name plate! Forever grateful and much love to you both.

I have used the trophy Case for years. They are so helpful. I love the kind service they offer and the work that they do. I am sometime a last minute order and they have been able to accommodate me. Love supporting a small business that is doing a great job.

Nice service, but the older gentleman is a bit nasty to children, scolding them when they take more than one candy. There’s better ways to talk to kids, sir - please learn them.

We came into the shop, late afternoon looking for some trophies for a basketball team. The owner of the shop bent over backwards to help us out, was friendly and delivered an incredible trophy with a custom engraving. His willingness to help won’t be forgotten! I received PHENOMENAL service from both McKinley and Joe as they worked with me to bring my last minute trophy dreams to life! They worked efficiently to complete my order (might I add, my order that obnoxiously changed twice) within a day or so. You truly can't get better! I have worked in Marketing in one way or another for over 20 years, and this shop is just top notch!The owners Eileen and Joe are just incredible humans! I have great ideas, but always at the last minute and they came to my rescue for our company event!I am beyond impressed and pleased with the quality of work, and the quality of the people who work here.Price is reasonable, as this industry is a tough one, but they take care of you! The Trophy Case has been so good to work with.We were working with another engraving company before Trophy case and we wouldn't get our engravings some times over a month.We receive our engravings from The trophy Case most times next day.Very friendly and great to work with. So glad we found them.
