I had a very bad experience with this dealership they did some shady stuff to the truck I purchased less than a week ago cleared the check engine light so it passed emissions and sold it to me without a warranty on the truck never offered it so when I was driving to Orem from the lot it loss power in the middle of the freeway almost killing me by getting rear ended then called said dealership and they said they can’t help me and I need to pay for a tow truck to get it back to them to look at it the truck was bought 2 days ago then asked for owners number had to threaten police for Tyson my sales guy to give it to me then it wasn’t even his number it was the company number to the car lot so I would not suggest this dealership to anyone I payed retail price for a 2012 dodge 1500 expecting it to at least run but I was mistaken and taken advantage of for a sale so someone else could get couple bucks in his pocket

I recently bought a truck from them and it had car issues from week one and they did not let me return it. Which I thought I had 30days, now this truck has more issues then ever. Family and friends I would not shop here anymore.

Skylar at THG made it so easy and was very knowledgeable about the edge we were looking at. He was up front about a couple things that needed to be fixed. When we got to the car lot they weren’t vultchers and immediately trying to sell us something they let us just do our own thing but were around if we had any questions.

Tyson took us seriously with our inquiry on the Infinite Qx80 2016. We called from MT and drove 6+hrs with two kids to purchase. He was upfront and honest. Helped us to expedite the process and stayed past closing to ensure we were set! Worth the trip. Thanks! Heading cross country in our new ride now.

Just wanted to offer our heartfelt thank you to Tyler and Tyson at THG auto.
We were able to purchase this very UNIQUE imported 1997 Toyota Landcruiser Prado through them (buyers—hint hint, possibly more amazing JDM imports coming to THG). We are SO happy and grateful. It was a delight to work with them.
They were very generous, thoughtful and kind. There is no pressure—just warmth, helpfulness and wanted to serve us. They offered a wonderful price and made special arrangements for us to make registration and licensing easy.

Terrible car company. Tried to sell me a Honda Odyssey with a branded title. Then I called them out on it. Then they send me a paper where the words are so tiny I needed a magnifying glass to see. So I told them they are scandalous and they keep texting me. So I blocked them, and now they’re having everyone in their petty little shop to text me from 6 different numbers so far. Wow , I thought people in Utah were better than this. But hey , I guess everyone has bad apples. I’m praying for you guys

Tyson is great to work with. When we showed up he handed us keys and told us to test drive the car we were looking at. There was absolutely no pressure and when we decided we wanted it he said he would take a little off the price because it needed a windshield. Would definitely buy from him again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
