Just purchased a vehicle for the daughter-in-law. Tyson was awesome to work with. He held the vehicle for us while we had it inspected, told us the skinny on the vehicle and helped us get it shipped out of state to where we live. Highly recommend THG Auto Brokers. THG Auto Brokers – A Painful Betrayal When I Needed Trust Most
I came to THG Auto Brokers not just as a customer—but as a mother and survivor trying to rebuild after experiencing a violent crime. My family was relocating, exhausted and vulnerable. I told them clearly: we couldn’t afford risk or failure. I needed a car that was truly dependable. I gave them everything I had—every last dollar.
They assured me the vehicle had passed their 120-point inspection, that it was safe, solid, and worthy of their supposed 40-year reputation. They didn’t just sell me the car—they scheduled the service appointment themselves for repairs they promised to cover. That commitment led me to believe I was in good hands.
But when the repairs were done, I was handed the bill—over $1,000 the first time, just as much the second, with additional costs for tires, rock chip repair, compressor, condenser, flushes, filters—and the check engine light STILL wouldn’t turn off.
When I confronted them, their response was heartless:
“Everyone has problems. Don’t project your personal problems on me.”
“You should’ve taken it to your own mechanic.”
That wasn’t just avoidance—it was a rejection of the trust I placed in them at my most vulnerable. I wasn’t asking for charity. I was asking them to honor their word, their inspection, and their commitment.
They failed. And worse—they turned their backs. After sending me to their mechanic.
The decision to purchase this vehicle fell solely on me. The effects that this has had on my had been multiple family's. And the corrective measure is going to be a report to the Attorney General of Utah. As it was as is. Ethics in business is a virtue Utah prides itself on. Fraud within The Auto Brokers is a very serious situation. I am eternally grateful for the judicial response. And my freedom of speech will have me telling every consumer of this disgrace of human kindness. The dishonest business, and lack of accountability & ethics that THG Auto Brokers Operates under for allegedly 40 years.

I’m an old fishing guide from Alaska who was sent to the big city by my wife to buy cars. Fortunately for me I found THG Auto Broker on State Street in Midvale. While there I met Skyler, an amazing professional car guide who made me feel at home and helped direct me on every aspect of the purchase. Now I’m headed home to Alaska (with the right cars) largely because of Skyler and THG. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thanks much!

Was looking for a solid vehicle a 4wheel drive and found exactly what I was wanting,they were very courteous and helpful ,I'd highly recommend them...UPDATE...check engine light came on several miles after the purchase which has made my transaction a real pain...had to replace O2 sensors all four...to get codes to clear...still have a stored code requiring 15 drive cycles to pass emissions...so yeah I guess as is is as is....I find it hard to believe the dealers I bought it from knew nothing of this issue...

I was interested in a vehicle. Cruise control doesn't work. Salesman doesn't know why. Says he will get it into his mechanic, and get it fixed, before agreeing on a price. 10 days later, hasn't been seen by mechanic, let alone fixed. I moved on.

Excellent service. Tyson was very accommodating. He did great work for us we came from 5 hours away did most of the deal over the phone. When we got there he had all the paperwork done it was such an easy carefree process. Would definitely buy again!!!!!
