This location is awesome, super friendly staff! I came in to get my usual concealer, but they were out of my shade. The kindest employee helped me find a new concealer, which is now my new fav!! i wish i got her name, s/o to her!!

Came in on my birthday, with a gift card, the first person i talked to Jully was super unhelpful and had a bad attitude she made me feel really uncomfortable and sad. She was dismissive and didn’t help me. I hate to give a bad review especially because a really nice lady actually helped me call customer service Bee was super helpful I’m sorry to give a bad review,
On top of all of that customer service canceled my gift card and claimed the order wasn’t processed even though we had the confirmation email. Waited FOREVER on hold with them. All for nothing.

Bee, the cashier I had was extremely rude. I went there today for the first time in years. When I was checking out Bee asked for phone number for rewards. I politely said no because I’ve only shopped there twice. She asked two more times to which I responded no. At that point, her mood noticeably shifted and she became extremely disrespectful. She tossed the item I was buying on the counter rather than sliding it or placing it. She didn’t offer me a bag, and thrusted my receipt at me without a word. The customers around me seemed to notice and also seemed uncomfortable with the attitude towards me. All of that over me not giving her my phone number for a simple rewards program. I CAN NOT imagine how poorly her interactions with angry costumers go. I hope management understands how poorly this reflects on them and Ulta as a whole. I would never want such an unprofessional and frankly petty employee to represent my company. Me and the friend I was with (who has been a loyal costumer for years) will never be returning to a place that allows their employees to treat PAYING costumers so rudely.

Jan6 monday. Waited for 20mins in the store just to be told that they weren't in fact open even tho the doors were open and it says they were online. I also passed a few reps multiple times. I had to be the one to ask if I could get some assistance at the counter finally only to be told to come back during their adjusted hours today. Very mad that my time was wasted unnecessarily.

I made an appointment to get my hair done and told the woman on the phone what I wanted to get done. She made the appointment with Bruno. When I showed up on time, he said he didn’t have time to do it. :(

I went in today looking for makeup for a dance recital and felt pretty lost and Jillyn helped me a ton! It made finding the makeup I needed so much easier. Jillyn was super knowledgable and helpful and I was able to find everything. I really appreciate the time Jillyn took to help me and make things less overwhelming as I was looking for the products that I needed.

I visited Ulta salon today for a cut and color. Bruno Olsen was my stylist. He was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. He was easily able to translate what I wanted into a wonderful haircut and color. He shared tips on how to blow out my hair to get similar results. I truly enjoyed my visit and plan to return. I won’t hesitate to see Bruno again.

Bruno cut and colored my hair today and I am thrilled with his artistry! He took a ratty nest and turned me into a beauty queen with a gorgeous cut. He listened intently to all my hair needs/issues and then went to work applying his talent and skills. I immediately felt comfortable with him and will definitely be going back! Simply WOW.

I don’t know the girls name but she shade matched me perfectly! Only think I had an issue with was the store was understaffed so I did have to wait, however the lady that helped me was super nice and helpful!

Mary really helped me from base line to finish line with finding a new shade of foundation for my winter months skin tone, new color corrector, concealer, and also helping to recommend great skin care. I've gotten several compliments on my makeup just after the first day!
