Lost my mail - didn’t even scan it, went back two weeks later to ask about it and was blown off and told to talk to the USPS location on 2300 which doesn’t bother to answer their cell phone. It was an eBay order so I’m going to lose $ because they lost my package.

Drop off location only yet they putt a full USPS sign on the grocery store, dont waste your time, its as good as a mailbox.

The post office is also the service deal in Harmon's on 7th. They're able to do most everythinga regular post office is able to do.

If you are trying to ship a package without a prepaid label, do not go to this "Post Office." Irritated customer, waited for a good 20 minutes to be told I can't get a label printed for a USPS package. Very Dissatisfied!!

Best post office experience ever!- NICE AND CLEAN: This location is clean and in good repair, not grimy like most post offices. It also has some nice shiny brick arched walls in the interior, and some big framed photographs of historical Midvale - not super fancy, but a refreshing change from the typical dingy cheap post office.- FAST: This was my first visit so I don’t know if it’s typical or if I just got lucky, but there was no line on an early Friday afternoon in December.- FRIENDLY: I have visited various post office locations dozens of times, and the demeanor of the staff has ranged from hostile to surly, or indifferent at best. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one smile, until last Friday! Elizabeth helped me and she was positively lovely. She engaged in friendly chit chat while still handling my business quickly and efficiently. Nice to my kids. The other clerks seemed friendly as well.The only con I can think of: no automated postage machine here (the kind where you weigh and print your own postage). Not a big deal when you can get friendly (and most likely faster) service from a human.This will be my post office of choice from now on. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location.

Fast, friendly, and extended hours! I purchase my postage and print my labels at home as all I have to do is drop off my parcel but getting to the post office before they close can be hard. Love that this location is open until 8pm!

This is the worst post office i have ever had the privilege of going to. The lady there was very rude and unhelpful. She wouldn't even assist me with tape to tape up my box to ship. In essence the worst shipping experience I've ever had in many years of dealing with usps. Would recommend going to any other post office except here.

Went in to get a money order, like at other Harmon's, the heavy set older lady after patiently taking her time to chat with coworker on this side of the counter finally does turn at me and yells "HI!!!" .i pretended to ignore the attitude, yelling and stated I wanted to buy a money order. Again, yelled back the old lady, "WE DON'T SELL MONEY ORDERS". I'm a fan of Harmon's but not a chance I'll try buying anything from here again.
