My sister sent me a package from here, the postal service in Las Vegas is super good because if something is missing from the address I am sending to, they tell me and they were negligent with it, it was worth it even though I paid $66 for it. It arrived the next day, now I am also registered with the postal service online, I have my full address and telephone number and postal mail and they couldn't tell me the truth, if I could give it 0 stars I would

Missed getting my package that required signature so I had to pick it up at the post office. Taylor and Elizabeth were extremely helpful even offering to go above and beyond to make sure I received it today fantastic customer service, and very sweet!

They don't answer the phone, they don't come to our house. We've had outgoing mail for two days and the mailman hasn't taken it, just waltzes right past our house without even looking. What is going on? Where is the previous mailman that was amazing?

Works are good but need ppl there that speak Spanish(interpreter). I stayed back after I was done with my business there to help two other customers and their interpretation because no one was there to speak Spanish for them so I stayed to help two different customers. If they were hiring for people then Spanish speakers interpretation for any kind in Spanish as far as Reading writing and understanding I wouldn't mind if they would hire me.

I went into this post office yesterday with a prepaid box/package. I have an online business and this particular item I ship at least once or twice a week. I usually go to another post office but was in this neighborhood & needed this package to be sent that night.Just to give a back story this item is the same item I shipped multiple times a week. The dimensions & weight are the exact same every time I ship it out. I have used the same shipping boxes, from USPS, every single time. So I walked in and before the employee scanned my item she asked why I chose the specific Small Flat Rate Box and why my item was in a large mailing box. I told her that was the only option EBay offers and it’s the option I always have stuck with when printing my labels & this is the box I always ship this item in. She told me the item cannot be shipped out because I chose the wrong box and I needed to purchase the correct box to ship this item or pay for a new label. I informed her EBay requests my items weight & dimensions then I proceeded to tell her my item actually only weighs 2lbs but I purposely input 4lbs to make sure I am paying enough in postage. I then asked isn’t that how USPS works, it’s dependent on the weight then that depends on how much I owe to ship it. She told me yes but in this case she can’t accept because it’s in the wrong box. I asked her to scan my item to make sure I paid enough postage and she said she would not scan my item because I needed another box first. I didn’t want to argue with her, so I asked her for my package and walked away.I proceeded to go to another post office out of the way, but again my package needed to be shipped out last night. And not to my surprise when I walked in to this other location (one I haven’t used before) they happily took my package, said I paid enough and I went on with my day.I find this odd that one location will accept my package but another won’t even scan it. I have had some other hiccups with my packages being lost, etc from USPS.. so I honestly am going to change who I ship my items through starting today. I found her attitude and not willing to communicate with me so foul that it finally made me not want to use USPS any longer.If this location even reads these reviews, teach your employees some customer service before putting them on the floor. I really was curious why I could not ship my item out & I was curious if I paid enough but this employee wouldn’t budge and was just rude in my opinion.

This was my first time sending off a package at a post office and the experience was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful because I was sending something overseas and they even helped find me a cheap throw away box to use to save money instead of using the express shipping box I picked out because I had no idea what the difference was. The only issue I had was that the entrance and exit areas in the parking lot were small and not clear so many people were exiting out of the entrance so there wasn't much room to get in/out without driving up on the curb.

My package has been sitting in limbo for over a week, I call multiple times with no answer. I called my post office in Minnesota to see if this was normal and they said it is not normal and they are looking into it for me. The shipper who Shipped my packed paid extra for priority, so it was supposed to be delivered on Monday December 13th but it hasn't moved from this post office sinc the 9th!!!! What is going on with my package?????? Will they ever do there job and get peoples items to them or dodo I need to call the BBB!!!!! My local post office is investigating the post office in Midvale UT, something has to be done, this is rediculous!!!!!!!

Literally and I am not kidding called 10 times no answer. My package has been delayed 3 times and I have to go down there to see what's going on. If you're not going to answer the phone then get rid of it and don't advertise \\\"customer service\\\"
