Be very careful with this company. Brandon Taylor came by to locate a leak in our watermain. He first told us where the leak was and gave us two options to fix the leak. Both options were over $14,000. He charged us $1,200 (double what others charged to locate a leak). He offered to refund $600 if we used them to do the work. After I got other bids, I told Brandon to come mark where the leak was since he never did that before. After several requests he finally came to mark it, but said he wanted to check where the leak was. He then told us the leak was some 30 ft. from where he first told us it was. Bottom line, it wasn't there either. We had the watermain replaced by another company for just over half what Brandon proposed and with NONE of the internal damage Brandon said would be required. This is not a company to trust for important work. They are into it for the money and don't care about their customers. They were the highest of four bids and the proposed work would have created other expense to have others come fix the interior of our home. Buyer beware.

Utah leak locate came and fixed some cracks in our pool. They stand by their work and will come back quickly if there are any problems. They came back to check the fills afterwards and fixed them to hold. Brandon was very responsive and kind. This company has a great guarantee policy.

I have struggled to find an invisible leak in my sprinkler system and have tried multiple sprinkler repair companies to find and repair the leak with no success. Because the water drained down from the leak and never surfaced on my lawn it was a needle in a haystack to try to find. Chris came and within an hour had located the leak. Since moving into our home in 2022, we've had 2 previous companies come out who have basically "bandaid" our issue.I'm late on writing my review, but Shane, Kagan, and Kolder were absolutely incredible! I have had no issues since, and will never even think about using another company

Such an amazing company ! I had the pleasure of working with Kegan and Kolder. They were super friendly and were able to get my issue fixed quickly . Kolder, Kagan, and Shane on the excavation team were phenomenal. I'm usually hesitant when I'm getting services like this done, but Kagan especially made it so easy for me. There's no reason to go with any other company.

Let me preface that I contract with contractors all day throughout the valley. I’ve done a few jobs with them and I’m nothing short of impressed.
