I have been sitting in the drive through for 40 minues. I'm still in the same spot and the 1 car in front of me hasn't been helped someone please close this pharmacy! The drive thru is early open. They can't produce medice on time even when you have auto refill and prescriptions take DAYS TO FILL.

They NEVER answer their phone , expect a long long line for them to not want to answer your questions properly, no manners

This Walgreens does not have good service. The wait in the drive through takes forever and they don't seem to be concerned about.
Helping you in a quick and efficient manner. It seems to be difficult to get your prescriptions. Filled on time as well overall poor service

Waited on the phone for over an hour and a half, and it said I was first in line, and I still never got a hold of anyone. Finally gave up. I know it’s Walgreen’s fault for short staffing, not the pharmacists, but it’s literally gotten impractical to keep coming here.
I’m now calling around to see who I can switch pharmacies to.

Very bad service they made us wait 2 hours and they said the medicine was gonna be ready in 10 minutes and they said nope! Come back because we’re going to lunch. When they literally told me it was gonna be ready jn 10 minutes

Literally just spent an hour and a half in queue on the phone for someone to finally answer, say “end call”, and get disconnected.
Idk what has happened to this pharmacy over the last few months but it has been exceedingly hard to deal with. It’s hard to even transfer your prescriptions to another pharmacy because other pharmacies have difficulty contacting this one. This has been my pharmacy for years, but it’s clearly time for a new one.

This pharmacy has gone down hill fast. Their customer service is horrible and they are constantly behind schedule. You use to be able to get prescriptions filled within a day and now it takes at least a week.
They are constantly short staffed which raises questions about the organizational culture that they cant keep staff employed. They staff that have been around for awhile seemed burnt out and have no compassion anymore.

Absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve been coming to this Walgreens pharmacy for three days in a row trying to pick up five prescriptions, and every single day I get the same excuse — “sorry, we’re low staffed, come back tomorrow by 4.” Well, tomorrow by 4 has now turned into day 3, and somehow my prescriptions still aren’t ready.
This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. These are important medications, not something that should take days to get filled. If you’re that short-staffed, fix it or communicate better, because making people come back every day just to hear the same excuse is ridiculous. I’ll definitely be transferring my prescriptions somewhere that actually respects people’s time and health.

Their website said the pharmacy opens at 9 but inside says 10. Plus no one at the registers and people waiting in line.

I have now been on HOLD for 50 minutes. Unbelievable!!! Good thing I can work while I wait. WORST Pharmacy customer service I have ever had. Store should be closed.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve used. Always late, missing meds and stayed on hold for an hour one time before I hung up trying to reach them.

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. I dropped my prescription day ahead and the pharmacist said I can pick up next day. Come the next day, mind you the end of the day and it’s not ready. I had to wait an hour. Even a line was forming and people ahead of me were getting impatient. Note to self: try another location or just stay to get perception when I drop it off. They were trying their best though 🧡.

Absolute worst pharmacy in the valley. Incompetent staff, lazy work ethic, poor customer service, constantly behind schedule on orders/refills. Whoever is running this pharmacy needs to be fired and replaced with someone who can actually do their job and keep things moving.
