I almost hate to give good reviews as more people will go there and clog up the system. We had a bad experience with LHM Honda regarding an oil change. We went to this service center and got right in. Since we were there we also had them do a headlight restoration. Both services were great!

Tbh it's not a bad Walmart. I've definitely been to worse. I'd say it's a bit confusing as far as the layout goes but everything was nice. When I asked a young man if he knew where an item was he said oh yes then led me there himself then wished me a wonderful day. It was a pleasant experience. I wish I got his name bc he was very helpful

The people working in this store seem so sad & depressed. It's really not a happy place to shop, there are zero friendly faces no matter what department you're shopping in. I wish I could just give them all a big hug!!! I only go here if I absolutely have to, and after my visit today I may never go back. I know working at WalMart probably isn't a dream job for anyone, but this location has a particularly poor vibe. Whatever management is doing or not doing, your people are clearly not having a good time in any sense of the word. It's very disturbing and makes me feel badly for them all.

the worst service ever. i asked if they have a shoe size and your employee didn't want to do her job and check the back. y'all need to work on customer service instead of telling them to go somewhere else. i will not be coming back again!!!

Does this Walmart even care how awful it is? Messy, slow, rude, cramped, it has it all.

The two things I went here to get: maraschino cherries and a cocktail shaker. Couldn't find any. Was a complete waste of time to walk into to each aisle looking for those.

What's not to like about Walmart?! We came by here to pick up some groceries to make dinner after a day of being on the snowy slopes, and it was great. We found everything we needed at very reasonable prices, and we did self checkout which was very efficient as well. Big parking lot, friendly staff, and a lot of options. Yay!

Midvale, Utah: Auto Center Man on duty physically threatened me (11-22-2019), and wanted to fight: Arrived at 7:05AM. Told by only auto center employee that no one would be in until 10:30am who could change oil. First bigger problem was that he was verbally argumentative and abusive. He then ordered me via yelling: "Don't cause a problem!" When I next exited my van to go into the store to speak with a supervisor, the man took off his coat, put up his fists, and started jumping around like a boxer. He then yelled "come on, let's go," which was a direct physical threat to me and an invitation to fight. This all happened in the presence of three of my children who were in my van observing at the time, ages 3 through 7. Filed a report with the Midvale, City police about the man, his aggression and threats, and the incident. This, WALMART EMPLOYEE, was unhinged, violent, and physically threatening toward me in the presence of my children. Next drove to the Sandy Quarry area Walmart. They also couldn't change people's oil until 10:30am even though they "open" at 7am. Thus yes Walmart is understaffed. But at the Midvale store you have to go through the gauntlet of employees who will physically threaten you in front of your children when you complain and when you exit your car to go speak with a manager. Midvale City Police Report # 19158164. Thanks Walmart. Oh and as noted your Sandy, Utah location also can't do oil changes on time due to understaffing. Dangerous unhinged employees who physically threaten customers in front of the customers' children. That's Walmart.

Small, oddly organized for a Walmart, out of needles, black thread, some hair products, beer, and many other things. Difficult and tedious to access.

Tonight I had ran out of formula for my new born and desperately needed to grab some. I quickly went into panic mode as I googled the hours for this store. Online it stated that this location closed at midnight. I jumped in my truck and was off in a flash. I went to this Walmart on 9/13/19. I arrived at 11:48pm as I sprinted towards the doors knowing that the store closed soon but I had more then enough time to quickly grab what I needed and check out. As I approached the door a manager stood guard yelling as I came to a sudden stopped. "We are closed!" She yelled. I looked at my watch. "I thought you guys closed at midnight?" I questioned caught off guard. The Walmart employee responded very rudely as if this was a ordinary thing stores do. "We close at a quarter to midnight sir." I of course was filled with rage stated that they need to reflect that online and on the store signs if they won't let customers in. As I ran back to my truck in a panic, thoughts racing through my head of, what other stores could be open? Am I going to have to call around to family members and friends and wake them up for help? Do I need to ISO on Facebook embarrassingly asking desperately to get my new born fed? Look I have worked in retail for a lot of years of my life and yes I know that every employee hates a customer that comes in last minute. But as a society we have hours of operations for a reason. Especially when you as a company have medical supplies, groceries, and pretty much have everything needed for emergencies. What I witnessed at this store was rude and atrocious. Luckily the Target around the corner from this store did not give me any trouble at all. Target let me right in with 2 minutes to spare as the clock tolled midnight I was out of Target and on my way home to a very full and happy new born. Walmart should be embarrassed to call themselves a customer service leader. Walmart needs to change their hours of operations on both google and store front to reflect their policy of actually "closing". Lessons I've learned, don't go to a store that pays their employees enough to only care about when that time to close is, buy more then two formula containers at a time, Utah doesn't believe in being open 24/7 and Sundays are just not a day, shop at Target, and never EVER go the Walmart in Midvale Utah ever again. Thanks Target! Once again Target Rules!!!

This wal Mart has everything! It has a large parking lot and there are a great variety of products inside. You can order specific products online and then pick them up in the store the very next day. The customer service that I have dealt with here is also super helpful! They are always offering to answer questions and assist.

I called to have my tires changed and it just took longer than they mentioned. They were kind and nice.
