I pick up a car wash towel roll for $9.99 The whole rule was like that with the prize big sign on top of it and the manager did not honor it because they said it’s in the wrong place. What a BS.

Definitely a different Walmart than usual, seems to be arranged different from others. Like it used to be a different store that Walmart took over and tried squeezing everything into!
