I came to the bank because a check that I tried to cashed in didn't go through. When I first walked in one of the employees greated me and immediately helped me. She was very knowledgeable. If you need any banking service and need to speak to a banker you will need to make an appointment. Because of covid they try to limit the people inside the bank. Call ahead or you will need to wait at least 20 mins depending how long the people ahead of you get done.

Stephanie at drive-thru was super friendly. And efficient. Saved me from getting out of my warm car (even though it smeared my wet windows from a recent car wash: still worth it). I just needed to cash a check. She was able to look up my account with my drivers license. Employees at this location seem happy and well trained. Convenient for me.

It's a bank- Tellers are nice while processing your transactions and they don't make mistakes often. Bankers help you with your questions/issues and you are on your way. The employees do what they can to help you when they have the ability. What else do you want?
