My experience today was one I would rather forget. Instead of offering options and remedying a certain situation, I felt like there was an iron curtain between me and the associates, especially the supervisor or assistant manager for the tellers. I asked for a superior (bank manager) and was denied. I also asked where I could find a specific policy in writing and was told to open a complaint. Sometimes, as someone who is in the retail atmosphere can attest to, a little more effort goes a long way.I will be contemplating with closing my account. Hope it was worth it for you.

If you are driving around late at night and just trying to dump off some cash in an ATM, DO NOT come to this location. My toaster has more ability than the hunk of junk ATM they have in the drive through. This is why people hate big banks. I don't know why I keep this account with WF when Chase actually bothers to maintain adequate equipment.

Surely this is this slowest drive up teller in the west. Also the atm doesn't accept deposits. Go somewhere else.

Maria and Katelynn were extremely helpful. They accommodated their schedules to get me in today, they were friendly and welcoming. They quickly found a solution for me showing they truly value the customers time! Hopefully Wells Fargo reads this and gives them a raise because they are the kind of employees you want to retain.

Absolutely terrible experience. Angela, their banker couldn’t take two minutes to help me or even bother to look at me. I came in to look into an issue that was supposedly resolved 3 months prior with a manager. I came in and I explained the situation to a teller whom then proceeded to play the middle person between Angela and I, when she was just a few feet behind her but had her back to me the entire time this occurred. I explained to the teller how my father had passed and we were still receiving a credit card bill even though I came in with a death certificate 3 months prior. The balance was supposedly 0 and closed, but all of a sudden was nearly $30. The statement I get is also blank so it’s not like I can see where this random charge is coming from. That being said, apparently this was not a good enough reason to assist me at this time as I was told to call the credit card number(Did this with a branch manager the first time) or comeback tomorrow and she could call then. If it was a busy time and they were understaffed I feel it would make sense as to why I would need to comeback. However, there was only one other customer besides myself working with a teller and a total of 5 Employees there. I can’t believe the lack of empathy or interest in the concerns of their customers.

Never enough tellers. Never answer phone. The employees are nice and good for the most part but the fact they they don’t staff enough employees makes long long wait times.

Home branch on east coast closed unexpectedly due to a staffing shortage for five days; ensuring critical and time sensitive documents were locked in my safety deposit box with no way to access them before moving across country. This local Wells Fargo branch asked me to wait three days to notarize the document to release the box. Many unhappy customers in lobby and on the phone. Take this as a sign and avoid Wells Fargo.

Just awful customer service. After been on hold today for 28 minutes I was told I had to come in the branch. I got there at 4:55pm and back was already closed. I knocked and someone came to the door and told me they close at 5pm and I pointed out it was 4:57pm. She said "it doesn't matter, come back Monday" turned around and went back to her desk. I know I'm small potatoes but I'm closing all my accounts and heading to Zionz. Sick of Wells Fargo
