Elijah W. is understand, knowledgably, and give you all the information you need to make a correct decision on your future gaming pc. I have a disability, and Elijah was very understanding and made the process so easy and stress free. I have purchased two pcs from them, Never had an issue and great pcs. Highly recommend.

Xidax is legit. They have a great product and I had great support. Aspen helped me with technical support. I highly recommend Xidax PCs.

I have been a loyal Xidax customer since 2014.
I ordered a pc in 2017 and a few years later, one of my memory sticks goes bad. I contacted Xidax support to request new memory and they told me that the memory is not being made anymore so they told me that the only way they can support me is if I purchase their memory that they are using for their new builds. This was a total letdown.
I got the memory issue resolved on my own and fast forward, after owning my PC for nearly 8 years, I have attempted to contact Xidax to see if there is a trade in value for a new PC, something they have done in the past, years ago. There is no chat option on their website anymore and when I tried to reach them by phone, sales brought me to a message that stated to call back later and I gave up after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with support.
It's sad to experience the downfall of this company, but more importantly, it is frustrating that they will not honor lifetime support for my PC if parts are too old.
Whenever I am considering a new build, it will not be from Xidax. I do not feel like a loyal customer anymore.

Cole from the tech side and Elijah from the sales side was great we talked for a while figuring out exactly what needed to happen going over everything that possibly could be wrong with my pc and when the order came in to ship it back to them they had to deal with me calling another several times as I tried to get the pc shipped back for repairs. Once there i was helped considerably by the sales side with alot of questions with upgrades and component interactions and a load of questions based on what was happening. Not only were the questions mostly answered easily the questions needing other departments were also answered rapidly. Over all as much as i hope to never need customer service again I know now from experience that if needed I and my pc are in excellent hands.

Aspen Young helped me within 5 minutes. He got me exactly what I needed and the info I needed. I was back up and running in no time at all. I highly reccomend Xidax and Aspen Young!!

This is my 2nd computer from Xidax. Excellent computers and excellent customer support. Always quick responses to emails. And I never feel ripped off after receiving my computer.

Every time I contact Xidax their tech support is always on point. Always ready to help me with simple issues and on. Aspen has been a big help as well as Jesse and Joel. I highly recommend Xidax to anyone who needs a desktop or a laptop. Their after-purchase support is top notch. I'm sorry to those that have had lack luster experience, but they have improved a lot since then.

I ordered a desktop from them. Took them about a week to build it and deliver it. It worked out of the box great. I ended up having some issues of my own design and had to reach out to customer support. I talked to aspen y. And she helped me fix everything pretty quickly.

Bought a pc towards the end of last year didn't make a review then but i'm making review now. My pc is absolutely amazing thank you guys. The tech support team was very helpful on helping me set up my pc when I got it. Just had a black screen and boot load error fixed thanks to Aspen. You guys are amazing and thank you Aspen for helping me.

Elijah was awesome!!!! Here's the story....
I ordered this computer as it is a respite from the daily life and I seriously needed this to escape a little bit in my old guy games (Skyrim, 7days to Die, Starfield... you get the picture) to just feel normal. I am not great at putting computers together and my skills lay in other areas. So when the computer got here the Xen screen on the case did not work. I drove myself crazy and looked through vids and everything and nothing worked. I knew it was probably an ID10T error so I called customer support.
Elijah answered and was incredibly professional, polite, and put up with the old guy talk and listened patiently. He walked me through a few things and it was 100% an ID10T error but did not make me feel small or stupid. We needed this win in our house for something to go right more than anyone can imagine as there is so much going on an this was a hurdle I really needed empathy on. Thanks for making an old guys day Elijah!

Recently bought a prebuilt computer from these folks and I had a lot of questions since it's been forever since I've owned a desktop computer. Aspen answered my initial questions in the online chat when I ordered on a Saturday. On Monday I was second guessing myself and spoke with Andrew who provided me with technical explanations that put me at ease and eager for the computer. Then when the new computer arrived, Elijah talked me through installing a pair of SSD's into the case while answering questions from me about all the bells and whistles, and how everything works. Then Elijah formatted the new drives for me as well. Overall, this has been a great experience. Thank you Xidax
