Many parts are not fully finished, with sparse and poorly placed signage, and dark, poorly lit paths that pose safety concerns, including a fall caused by inadequate lighting on stairs. Parking is described as a mess, with limited space and muddy areas, making access and convenience less ideal compared to other resorts. Guests noted that some rooms lacked toiletries like soap and shampoo upon arrival, and wait times for breakfast items such as coffee and breakfast burritos were lengthy, sometimes over an hour, which was disappointing. Super beautiful resort. It’s under construction in many parts currently so it doesn’t look super finished. The parking situation is sort of a mess but, the rooms are clean and nice. They have fires burning at night as well as nice pools. Staff wasn’t super friendly when checking in. I would recommend staying here... read full comment

This place was just gorgeous with many hot springs pools. Great services and food. We love it! We will Come back
