I ordered a dozen cookies to be sent as a Christmas present in early December. I requested that they don't ship until closer to Christmas. Unfortunately, that package was shipped right after ordering which normally would be ideal, but the person the gift was for was still three weeks out. I called the shipping department and they were quick to acknowledge the mistake and make it right by sending another box at no additional cost closer to Christmas. Needless to say, the first package was gobbled up quickly by other relatives. As a small business owner myself I understand these minor mistakes and can appreciate a quick acknowledgment and resolution! I was so pleased with Süss that I had another dozen cookies shipped to Oklahoma as a Christmas gift.

I have loved their cookies for years but what impresses me more are the amazing group of professionals that work here. They have an energy and positive chemistry that you feel as soon as you walk in the door. The other wonderful thing is this is a REAL quality small business who knows their customers…unlike the other ugly, mass produced junk that is sold under massive Utah based franchises, I can’t bring myself to even mention their name ?…. Suss has high quality ingredients…and they have love and passion in every bite. ❤️❤️❤️Parking: Look for the cute cookie truck and park in front.

These are some great cookies! My family is searching for the best cookie in Utah. My teenage boys took one bite of their chocolate chip cookie and declared it the winner. One even said that all he wants for his birthday is a dozen of Süss chocolate chip cookies. I loved the turtle cookie. So good!

The best cookie I have ever had! chocolate chip cookie covered in rice crispy treat topped with mini m&Ms!!!! incredible texture! chewey, soft, crunchy! seriously, THE BEST COOKIE YOU WILL EVER HAVE!!!

The cookies here are so soft, chewy, and delicious!!! I tried the cocamel and the lemon cookie and loved them both. I can be picky when it comes to lemon flavoring bc I often find it too sweet, but this cookie was perfect. Definitely have to try the other flavors!

Why is this place always closed during their listed business hours? Delicious cookies, but I have now been there 4 times to try to get fresh cookies during their open hours, and they have been closed each time. I’m not sure what customers do to ensure they will have access to buy cookies when they arrive….

Ordered a dozen of mixed varieties 10 were excellent. The sweet potato cookie tasted like pumpkin with too much nutmeg on it. And my chocolate chip cookie was smashed. But beyond those 2. EXCELLENT...
