Took the family tubing here on December 23. We are from Florida and are down here on Christmas break. We had a wonderful experience. Yes the crowds are big and yes, the lanes are fast. I was speaking with one of the supervisors, who explained that it’s been very difficult to manage with the warm weather and minimal snow this year. They haven’t been able to build any additional lanes due to the minimal snowfall, and they have had to groom lanes periodically to keep speeds down - even with all that, we got six runs in the two hour slot and had a blast. Towards the end of the session, the lanes started speeding up as they iced over, and they asked us to drag our feet to control speeds. Overall a great experience. Will be back.

Fun for all ages. The tubing hill is a blast. It has a nice lodge and a beautiful view of the valley!Highly recommend

Pay $40 to walk yourself up the hill because their lift is disfunctional. No thanks. Oh, the lift works, it’s just slower than a baby crawl. Maybe .5mph. Maybe.I’ll never come back.

Overpriced - paid about $1/per second of tubing per person. You're better off getting a group, renting a snowmobile, and towing sleds up a hill. You'd certainly have more fun and get in more runs/sled time.Overcrowded - they need to either reduce bookings by at least 20% or add at least 2 lanes/runs.Poorly managed - unannounced closure of 3 lanes (half of their total lanes) for 30 minutes (25% of your paid time slot). Surely you can plan/operate better than this after more than a decade open.Staff - most of the staff were nice, but a couple were quite rude, yelling at us for moving slower than they'd like due to us lugging small kids around with us.We will not be back, and suggest you spend your time and money elsewhere.

This place used to be good, but stay away! They are understaffed and underprepared, huge lines from the beginning and halfway through they ban any groups going down together, doubling the wait. In 2 hours I was able to go down 4 times, and that was running, if I took a couple more minutes to go up the last time it would’ve been only 3. You’re better off anywhere else. Don’t waste money here.

We made a mistake in booking and they just say sorry, no refunds! I guess we just lost $150. My wife made an honest mistake and thought she booked for today, Thursday December 21st. She checked the tickets on our way over and realized they were for January 8th. We had loaded our car up with our grandkids and everything. We asked if we could just go tonight since we made a mistake and our cars were loaded and we were on our way. The person asked a manager and they just said no, sorry no refunds. They said we could change days, but that won't work for our family.I can't believe that any company can lack the compassion to try to assist someone who made an honest mistake. People are human and make mistakes. There should be some way that we could get our money back. Instead I am left feeling like our money was stolen. I will never support this company again and I will tell everyone about our negative experience.

The actual tubing was great. But the waiting was extreme. We only went down 4 times in our 2 hours because every run was met with a 20 or more wait. They either needed to have half the people booked for the particular time slot, or double the staff. With little kids, my warning would be just a lot of waiting. For the price it made each run expensive.

Not worth the 40 dollar holiday tubing price. We were only able to ride 3 times because it was pretty crowded and they also closed half if the tubing lanes with 30 minutes left in our time slot. I get that they needed to work on the lanes to keep them running well, etc but I feel like they could work on their system for closing lanes so youre not standing there for 20 minutes then told its closed go fund another line.

3 runs in two hours. Completely ridiculous. Then to make matters worse they closed down half the lanes to groom during our 2 hour block session. An employee was saying how ridiculous it was even. Too many people allowed in a block session. $40 for 3 runs. Terrible! There’s better attractions to spend your cash on. Avoid this place.

So disappointed. We’ve gone in years past and it was so fun and efficient. This year- 2023- we were only able to go down the slope 4 time due to long lines and inefficient staff. The delayed us longer and longer be they did not have enough staff to replace barricades. They would not allow us to go in groups in some lanes but would when the staff changed. Save your money and go find a sledding hill instead of dealing with this nonsense

Overall a terrible experience. Overpriced, overcrowded, poorly managed. During our 2 hour slot, we were only able to get 3 total runs in. This was largely due to the fact that they let loads of people in, but only have 6 runs going - they need to either reduce the capacity allowed in each slot, or get 2+ more runs/lanes built. However, to make things worse, about 1 hour and 20 minutes into our 2 hour slot, they announced they were immediately closing 3 of the 6 runs for grooming, without any warning/heads up. This meant that everyone in those 3 lines had to suddenly join the 3 other lines, and the people at the very front who'd already been waiting 20-30 minutes for their turn suddenly had to get in the back of line for another lane. They could've given people a heads up/stopped people from queuing up in those lanes, or closed 1 lane at a time, or blocked time in between scheduled slots for grooming, but instead they decided to close 3 lanes for 30 minutes - aka closing half the runs for a quarter of our paid time.A couple of the staff were also fairly rude. One yelled at us to move faster up the hill to the lift, as we were trying to get our 4 and 6 year old up the hill with their tiny legs. Another told us to hurry out of the way literally 1 second after we finished our run and our 4 year old was trying to climb out of the tube and get walking.Overall, a very negative experience for us and absolutely NOT worth the money spent. We will not be returning, and would recommend you spend your time and money elsewhere. If you have a large group, you'd be better off renting a snowmobile and towing some cheap plastic sleds up a hill - it'd be the same price if not cheaper, you'd get more sledding in, and I'm positive it'd be a better time.

The tubing waits are ridiculous. Literally 1 ride an hour which works out to $20 per ride. Disappointed as it didn’t used to be like this. Apparently they’ve gotten greedy and are packing in the people. We won’t be back.

Tubing is ridiculous. You pay for two hours and they have one kid at the top sending all the tubers down so there are huge lines and empty tubing lanes most of the time. Would be really fun otherwise.

Not a bad place, felt like value for the experience was only ok. We paid 40/ person which seems about twice as much as it is worth. If it was 20 I'd probably rank it 5 stars, but for the price it just wasn't worth it. No real complaints just too expensive.

Just because the Olympics were hosted here doesn’t mean it’s extravagant. This place is mediocre at best and there are 100% better options than this. One thing I will say about this place is that the view was nice. If you like calm tubing (not high speed at all) this would be the place for you. It just wasn’t for me nor my group since the advertising was extremely deceptive.
