I went into the Midway Post Office this morning to mail a medium sized flat box and was told that “we don’t tape boxes but you can purchase some tape.” So I took my box, walked out and went to the Heber UPS store where they happily put one piece of tape on it and shipped my package. It was early, I was the only customer yet absolutely no customer service. Really disappointing.

The outside of the building is super cute however- I hadn’t visited this location before and needed to drop mail on Memorial Day. Their drop box says MIDWAY ONLY?! This is suuuper confusing!! Does that mean only residents from midway can send mail?!! Or only mail going TO midway?! No other post office- and I have been to HUNDREDS- has ever had this kind of language. My packages still haven’t tracked ! I had no choice but to drop them there and hope this would not be a discriminatory USPS but now I have my doubts :(

I dropped three letters in the mailbox outside the post office two weeks ago, all addressed to locations in Utah, and none of the three letters have been delivered. The post office must have somehow lost the letters, because there is no other explanation why none of the three letters, each to a different location less than 100 miles away, have not shown up.

I think our local post office has made huge improvements over the last several years. The staff is friendly and helpful and the lobby area is well organized and clean. Not to mention the great job they did over the last 2 years dealing with The covid situation and necessary accommodations!They have truly earned 5 stars ?

I have had a package sitting in this post office (should not have been sent here) for two days now. They do NOT answer the phone and they don't send a package on to the destination that it should have gone to. Would rate UT zero stars if possible.

Recently tried to mail my wedding invitations when I went in the guy working informed me my envelopes are to big to fit in the sorting machine, telling me it would be $4.50 extra per envelope adding up to about $500! So the next day I take my invitations to a different post office they proceeded to tell me it will only be an extra .20 cents per envelope. So instead of $500 extra I spent $22 extra pretty big difference.

Wow. The best USPS Post office experience ever! Located in a cute, historical building with a window box of fresh flowers. Friendly and helpful service. I was in and out to send a few packages. Exactly the kind of post office experience you want, but rarely get!
