They will never let a traveler go on without getting the service they need. Our mechanic, Jimmy, periodically came into the lobby and explained the issue while also explaining how he will resolve it. The service was excellent through and through. I'll be able to make it back east knowing I was taken care of by distinguished mechanics in their field.
