My review is based on three separate business interactions with Matt and the Atlas Motors crew. I was referred to Atlas Motors from my auto mechanic for body work. The referral was important to me since I've trusted my mechanic for several years.
The first interaction was to repair our front bumper which was torn away from our car. I received a repair estimate from Matt which was very reasonable. The repair was completed on time and within the estimate. The work quality was fantastic. It was an older car with cloudy headlight lens and they polished them at no extra charge. That was a nice gesture.
The second and third times were for selling two cars on consignment. The commission price was very fair for each car. I was grateful that I didn't need to spend my time listing, showing, coordinating payments, or generally dealing with the public. Also, trade-in offers are ridiculously low. An alternator failed during a test drive and they handled the towing back to their shop for repair. The cost of the repair was fair and they didn't charge me for the towing. That was another nice gesture. Finally, I believe the price they got for each car was fair for both the buyer and myself, the seller.
In my opinion, the current overall review rating is much too low and does not reflect the outstanding service that I received from Atlas Motors. They performed quality work, they were easy to work with, and each item was well worth the cost. Most importantly they have integrity and my trust. I will happily give Atlas Motors my business in the future.

Matt and his team do amazing work! We brought our Acura MDX in for bodywork after my daughter got in an accident. They replaced the door and fixed the rear passenger panel. It looks better than new! Matt was great to work with. If you need bodywork, do yourself a favor, skip the big chains and come to Atlas.

Horrible service! They neglected to tell me that they didn’t have the title of the car when I bought it and it took us a phone call to tell them we were going to report them to the DMV for them to finally get it sent to the dmv so it get to my house! And when we called them out on it they were super rude and annoyed with us!

My son needed a good little reliable car. We were fortunate to find a little Civic at Atlas motors. The day after we got the car we noticed a little noise. We took it back hoping that they would be able to fix the car. They went above and beyond. They found a few more things and decided to fix them at no charge while they had the car. I have never met a more honest group of people. Not the typical used car dealer. I've been so impressed with their honesty. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I had a very bad experience with another place and a friend told me about AtlasMotors so I went to them and they are very friendly and helpful they took my car and kept it and worked on it and didn’t stop tell the engine light was off and they didn’t try to tell me that other thing was wrong like the other place did and they save me 5,000 that I didn’t need. Big shout out to them for being honest and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. I will recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service. They were able to send a mechanic to my location after I had a problem. They were also able to diagnose and fix it within an hour for no charge. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Atlas Auto!

the only reason I believe they deserve more than ZERO stars is because Bruce was very kind and helpful. Atlas sold me an absolute POS and charged me a decently good-lookin penny for it. Despite being on top of maintenance all year my van just failed emissions. I knew I had a nervous feeling about the lack of proof of it passing previously when I bought it last year. I got a year of use out of a vehicle I spent thousands on before already having to spend hundreds to thousands MORE just to make it legal to drive. Absolute rip off

(I spend 6100 dollars in a car)Next day I drove the car the check engine light turns on, comes with a dented rim(air goes off of the wheel), a little hole in the wash liquid hoz, all of the tires without TPS sensor so TPS light is on and more problems.Literally one of the worst experience in my entire life buying a used car. They just want to sell any car as soon as posible trying any thing in the cheapest way I can. They told me repeatedly not to pay the warranty and that I also agree to sign that I have no warranty and that they will not give me another car or any help if it is damaged BUT telling me that if I had any problem they are going to help me with the labor and I need just to pay the part that is not working and they know that is not working but anyways. At the end they was trying me to charge for any think that I need and nothing for free about the labor that they told me at first, trying to charge me for everything and another thing is that after I bought my car they gave me 45 days permit to drive without a plate but almost 60 days I was waiting for my plate so I parked my car a lot of days calling them every week asking for my plate because they don't care, by the way is ilegal drive without the plate with an expire drive permit. So wow in general the worst experience buying a car. Do not buy your car or do any service here because you are going to be in front of liars who don't care about their clients for real. I am gonna trying to write my opinion in all possible websites to prevent people pass for this horrible experience.For sure Bruce is part of this big this problem and same thing with the staff of Atlas Motors.

DO NOT BUY S CAR FROM HERE, My wife got a car from there, gave her problems since day one and than after a year the car engine blew. went to a dealership the same day and the salesmen told me he just got done helping a girl yesterday that bought a car from atlas and the e NY one also blew. STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!!

So last weekend, I was looking for a Lexus GS350 all over the Internet, and came across this particular car at the website. The details of the car which was clean title and runs good, literally made me fly from North Carolina, to Salt Lake City just to check it out: the main reason why I decided to fly there was the price of this car. Bruce the salesman was nice and easy to talk to. Bought the car, luckily the car came with all 4 brand new tires, and when I got to another state to get an oil change the mechanics were shocked that there was no leaks or anything. 3 days later I made it home safely with my new purchase and I’m happy I decided to fly out to see it for myself. Satisfied customer here- ??

I had a great experience with Atlas. I ran into some trouble at another dealership and Atlas took care of me and helped me move through a really intense experience. I was especially grateful to Matt and his expertise. He was reassuring, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend their service department for Hybrids which is where I ran into my issue. Atlas was significantly less and they genuinely took the time and effort to help me. I am grateful for my experience with Atlas.
