Had a car pickup order that was ready for ten minutes until I went inside wondering where it was. All employees were talking behind the counter while I waited to be greeted, and when finally someone looked my way I asked if it was okay to grab my order as it was supposed to be delivered to my car, and she just scoffed and rolled her eyes and turned around without saying anything. Horrible service

Cafe rio please do better. I ordered a tostada and the dressing cup is half way filled. It’s not that hard. Cafe rio used to be so good and the quality and service has gone down so much. Getting jersey mikes from here on

Dissapointed you get virtually no lettuce with your burrito now. The tiny bit of lettuce I did get was soggy. That’s disgusting . The quality is why I used to come here . Been a favorite for years . No longer . Don’t take away a good thing with the lettuce

Don’t bother with ordering extra meat or anything it’s a rip off. they give you a small condiment cup that’s almost full then charge you 2$ not worth it. I don’t mind paying extra but when I do I expect it. The Employees seem put out when ordering.

Ordered pork tacos, apparently the pork was out, so he just poured the sauce (no meat) into the tortillas instead of refilling it. Tried arguing with the guy but he wasn’t having it, honestly should have just walked out at that point.

I've never had a problem picking up my online order through the drive-thru... until today. They told me I had to go out front, so I had to wait in line, as there's no way out once you're in the drive-thru. They weren't even particularly nice about it, either. I won't be coming back to this location. The one on 59th and State has always given me my online order in the drive-thru. This one did, too, until today. Not cool.

Me and my gf arrived, ordered the steak burrito and two steak quesadillas and proceeded to wait the next 15 for them to cook the steak. Then the lady making my burrito tore a giant hole in the tortilla and tried to cover it up with lettuce while I watched. I gave it two stars because at least the food was good but the service left much to be desired!

Culture used to be so great. Now the employees appear to be low energy and not really enjoying their job. Food quality not as great as it once was years ago sadly.

first of all, didn't even realize my order was late. didn't even start it until i got there and said "oops" and also how are you not going to let people pick up a online order through a drive through? what's the point of a drive through? you're already giving people food in a bag through a window one way or another ?

Only three things are constant in life:Death, taxes, and Cafe Rio inconsistency. Ordering the exact same meal at the drive through and in the store yield different results. Protein advertised varies in availability, and half the store is closed off for seating two hours before closing. This ain’t it, chief.
