I use this pharmacy because I work in the building. Multiple times when I have been in to pick up a prescription I have had the pharmacist practically yell questions at me, my name, date of birth, etc. everyone waiting heard all my information. I also had some cream prescribed to me a long time ago. I filled it once and never used it again. 4 times in a row while picking up my cholesterol medication they filled that cream. 4 times I told them I am not using it and to cancel it. I have NEVER asked for a refill on it. Recently I went in on a Wednesday asking for a refill on my cholesterol meds. I told them I would pick it up in 2 days on Friday. I went in Monday instead 5 days later and the girl at the window told me it had not been filled but the cream was ready. The pharmacist had to get involved and assured me that THIS time they will actually void the cream Rx and that my pills were actually ready. So shouting my personal details and constantly not getting my stuff correct. Very disappointing.

Pharmacist came back after hours to fill a script because our normal pharmacy didn't have the meds in stock and they where required same day. 10/10 service!

Jazmyn and Kaleem are so great they really go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets there Rxs/Needs filled in a timely manner no matter how busy they are. Thank you guys for all you do!

Staff is always amazing super nice. And Kaleem is even closed today labor day but still is here and willing to fill my prescription.

I have an expensive medication. I made a payment to my insurance that had not gone through in time to get my rx. The staff at Carethera went out of their way to help me and make sure that I could get through a few days until my payment posted with the insurance company. I recommend this pharmacy as people who will do everything that they can to help their customers. They worked with my insurance and my doctor to get it resolved. Without their help I would have been stranded.

I've been through the ringer with pharmacy, until I found carethera pharmacy. I had such a great experience I had my mother and late brother transferred over to them, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you carethera pharmacy I couldn't say it enough.

Carethera pharmacy, in my mind is one of the best experiences you could have, I've been through the ringer with a lot of pharmacy. I recommend my mother and late brother to transfer, they greet you by name and the whole experiences is wonderful. So thank you carethera pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. They are very caring, professional, and will take the time to explain everything. Checked my meds for errors, and will deliver if needed. Kinda like Mom and pop shop.

Found this place after my pharmacy no longer carried my meds called here and they were super helpful had my meds,and said they would always carry it and it's now been over a yr with no issues ..plus the staff are genuinely good people who want to help .highly recommend

Not recommend visiting this pharmacy even for just a question, they may do whatever to take advantage of you - I've asked then if they have the prescribed medicine in specific dosage, the owner ended contact my doctor about my prescription without my consent, he convinced him to adjust the dosage to match his inventory, and I meant it he adjusted the dosage by half without double the quantity, he claim6that the insurance not going to approve it cause cost few hundreds, it's frustrating how unprofessional this pharmacy in the such a great hospital as st.Mark

Eusaaf, a pharmacist at Carethera, is above and beyond the perfect example of how excellent customer service is done!! I have been having trouble getting my RX's after being fired from my job of nearly 27 years. I was almost out of heart meds, etc. so time mattered! Eusaaf told me that they can transfer my med info. from the former carrier and their mail order pharmacy, to his pharmacy for pickup so I don't miss a day of meds. I can't thank you enough!!!! Keep up the good work and thanks, A MILLION, for your speedy handling of my requests!!!
