I went close to closing needing to move money into several different accounts. I offered several times to schedule a different time as I had questions. Crystal Housekeeper said no and kept working with me. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was well taken care of. The branch manager also stayed late to help me. Not only did they stay late but they were genuinely invested in providing me with the best options taking time to answer questions and getting me the most savings. I have never experienced this type of customer services anywhere. I knew they really cared and wanted to provide the best options for their customers. I would recommend Cyprus to anyone if they want a financial institution who is willing to go above and beyond for you as customer!

Well from the looks of the reviews/rating it seems the real customers/members of Cyprus have left upset, but very honest reviews. You can tell the branch has faked accounts to try to save face, I mean the 5 star reviews don’t make sense and are worst than Chat GBT scams. I was excited that this branch opened, due to being closer than the next. I’ll be going in again soon, hopefully they are more personable, kinder, and of course faster! Stop with the scam reviews

I have been in Cyprus for the last 10 years, and i never been forced to makes any of my payments in others branches, but since I started going to this branch, there’s a particular one lady, I don’t know if she’s the branch manager or what? I have no idea, but she’s always on my neck whenever I go there, I hated, from now onwards I will stop going to this branch’s office. she always make me feel uncomfortable.

Messed up my name and addeess, Card printer broken, never sent me my debit card, and sent me across town to get one, both atms are down, just seems to be a lot of broken issues and isn't convenient. Go to foothill branch if ya need things done.

Don’t like the new branches at all. Completely impersonal and I had to go to the single teller they had anyways because the fancy machines couldn’t deposit a check.

why build a massive building to serve your members when you try to force them all into using automated phone lines and chat systems that all redirect you to the same place!?
