This place is absolute hell for what happened to me. And other girls need to be made aware. Not too long ago I was raped and sexually assulted by a tenant renting here. He did so in his storage unit. I have reported it and filed with the police already. Please please. Do NOT RENT from this place if you are a female.

Heritage storage is awful to work with and rent from. Their communication is poor and dishonest. When scheduling service, it is difficult. I have had multiple issues arise and discussed with costumer service they have been dishonest and the problems have not been resolved. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Hi Heritage Storage guys, Somehow you have put my phone number here and people keep calling me about the storage units, I'm thinking that may be useful for both if you change the phone number so people can reach you and then people would stop calling me. Thanks.
