I love this shop! Baristas are always friendly and welcoming. It’s a conducive atmosphere for pondering and studying. I love the homey room, furniture and plants. It’s in a convenient location too ?

Don’t support a business that enables predatory towing. Shame on you.

This place is my new favorite local business I will gladly support.. coffee is amazing, much better than Starbucks & Beans and Brew.. the atmosphere is cute, welcoming and cozy. Now for all these people complaining about being towed, maybe if yall paid better attention to your surroundings you’d see the tow away signs. Park down the block and walk people.. my bet would be these dummy’s that have had their cars towed are across the street at A Bar Named Sue or El Chihuahua.. they should be taking their complaints to that business plaza as they don’t have a parking lot big enough for their customers.. one would think it’s common sense to not park on private property and walk across the street to another establishment.. but yet instead of taking accountability or maybe parking else where they need to blame Kokopellis.. oh and I can assure everyone that tow company’s and a business do not split the profits.. if anything these business owners PAY towing company’s to come regulate their parking lots AFTER HOURS.. same with apartment complexes ? get y’all’s facts straight before trying to slander a locally owned business..

Just discovered this place. The coffee tastes great and it's so homey and cute. It has this cute attic space with couches, games and books. I'm definitely going to be coming here to work

Please do not support this despicable business! Our car was towed after 2 hours and we were charged $380 to get it released. The signs aren't cleary visible (especially during a snowy night). I don't think it's coffee that's keeping this place afloat, it's the shady side business they have with the towing agency. The owner of this lot should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm here to echo the person who said these people are scummy predators for having cars towed. They say 4 signs but I didn't see any more than two and it wasn't until after my car was towed and I went searching for the signs. Also when they say they don't own the lot or that it might be other businesses that are having cars towed, they are lying. We talked to people at El Chihuahua and a Bar Named Sue and they all said that it is the Kokopelli that does all the towing. This place is terrible. Please do not patronize this place.

Scummy Predatory towing practices. Please do not support this business. We looked all over the parking lot and could not see any No Parking after hours signs. They close at 3 pm in the afternoon. In other businesses they usually have no parking signs posted everywhere. So we thought it would be fine to park there after 9 pm. We got the last place in the lot so we were not the only ones who didn't see any signs. They purposely make it difficult to see the sign hidden around the corner. $400 later we got our car back after only 1 hour of time in their lot. They said they towed 15 cars from the Kokopelli lot this Friday night. $6000 split between Kokopelli and Legacy Towing a night for a couple hours of work. I'm sure that's how the owner makes the majority of the money. No compassion, no kindness, no fairness. I hope Karma makes the owners of this shop pay for the suffering they cause to others. A lot of people couldn't afford that kind of hit to their pocketbook. If the owners didn't want you to park there, they would have clear, easy to see signs. But they DO want you to park there. They are scum. I don't know how they sleep at night taking advantage of people like that. From reading the reviews they have been running this scam for many years.

Absolutely not! I asked for extra Carmel. When I got it I couldn't taste any Carmel. I looked around for Splenda and they keep it behind the cashier. I said I couldn't taste anything and he gave me a few sweeteners Not. Would u like more Carmel? Can I remake it? Nothing. He did not care a ounce This coffee taste extremely burnt. Do not waste ur time. Flavorless and burnt and terrible customer service! Zero stars if I could.

I got a cappuccino in my travel mug - pretty solid. The atmosphere was nice and there were handmade crocheted items for sale.It seems like most of the bad reviews are about parking, which, big deal. Learn to walk places folks)

This place has good coffee park in designated area if you are concerned about your car. They have signs warning people about where to park.
